From what I've read, none of the cases meet the minimum standards for prosecution anywhere on the planet except maybe Zimbabwe or some other third world dictatorship.

There appear to be no concise rules of evidence or rules of procedure. In other words, these are kangaroo courts just like the one that "tried" Saddam Hussein.

George Bush should be on trial for conspiracy to commit murder or "terrorism."

He is more of a menace than OBL or al qaida. Terrorists cannot destroy the US Constitution or "rule of law," but George Bush is doing just that. While he terrorizes the entire world and murders tens of thousands of people.
