It's very hard to determine who's lying to who here and where this guy really is. We have a Leader who has the intelligence of a rock and anyone feading his ego can twist the loser around to no end. The Leader of Pakistan is ABSOLUTELY necessary NOW because of all the blunders the idiot Bush has made but who can actually trust him. It would be a much easier situation IF the entire civilized World didn't think Bush was the second coming of Hitler too.

The funny part is he(OBL) is always narrowly escaped even by our drones. I don't mean it's intentional but that's what we have heard so far.

What are your views on our spy czar's comments: that we know where he(bin laden) is or where he is hiding?

Considering that the administration switches from "we have no idea where bin Laden is" (Gates) to "Osama bin Laden and his deputy were hiding in northwestern Pakistan" (Mike McConnell), it knd of gives you the impression that no one knows what they're talking about, eh?

There was a intel officer on CNN today that said we had intercepted communications from Bin Laden prior to Tora Bora and failed to act on the intel. It was around 3pm east coast time.He also stated that we knew his wherabouts prior to the bombing of Afghanistan. The main point being we have had opportunities and have not taken them.

Mainly due to our lack of translators. During the invasion of Afghanistan we were running something like a 3 week backlog on interpreting intercepts.

"Pakistan Denies Bin Laden's In Country"
Of course!

And the US' position should be,

"WE BELIEVE YOU; BUT WE DEMAND THE OPTION OF VERIFYING!"

But our warmongering leaders have been wasting so much time slaughtering Iraqi women and children (just another muslims) that

THE MANIAC MUSLIM TERRORISTS WE SHOULD BE PURSUING ALL ALONG ARE MOST LIKELY DYING OF OLD AGE IN PAKISTAN! LOL

This was after the war started, but yes we knew where they were.

Knowing where they are and knowing where they were are two very different things, as bin Laden has shown all of us.

The intel means nothing if it's no longer current. Where they were a week or two ago doesn't help you.
