What exactly do her supporters support? Being voted in office and then quitting? Quitting under pressure? Blaming it on the media? Come on....Hillary Clinton and her family has been blasted by the media and pundits for over 20 years now and she can handle it. Any respect I had for this quitter is now gone.....

I think Palin's supporters like airheaded, ignorant and uneducated bimbos like George Bushoccio. It makes them feel good that someone narrow minded, extremist and unthinking can reach high office.

Unfortunately, these morons who get into office essentially mess everything up and cause HUGE messes that take decades or centuries to take back. A good example is the tragic economic policies of Reagan that have led directly to our current aristocratic corporate elitist country.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot Michele Malkin, another super patriotic Flag waving non-server who verbally insults anyone who has the audacity to have a different viewpoint from her's or the Right Wing.

You are probably right, but why are we always being lectured on how to be a good American by the likes of Rush Limbaugh,Dick Cheney, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly, Newt Gingrich, Glenn Beck, Dick Armey,Tom Delay,Phil Grahmm, Laura Ingraham, Michael Savage, Karl Rove, ect.all who either avoided the Draft during the Vietnam War if they w'ere old enough to serve at the time, or else they just decided not to serve after the Draft.Yet they all wave the flag like armchair Generals supporting this war or that as long as someone else does the fighting.I have more respect for Bill Clinton, at least he had the courage of his convictions. He opposed the Vietnam War & protested against it. Unlike Dick Cheney who fully supported the Vietnam War but took 5 College Draft Deferrents. The situation now almost reminds me of back in 1972 when George Mcgovern the Democratic candidate for President was being savaged by the Right Wing for being the Peace Candidate during the Vietnam War. He also happened to be a Decorated Bomber Pilot flying many Missions over Nazi Germany! By the way, I WAS old enough & i served 20 years in the Military. Just the fact though that i happen to be A Democrat, probably means to some on the far right who never served, that i am now an unpatriotic American. Some kind of reverse logic, like right makes wrong & wrong makes right.

Ever been to Alaska?? It's a very big state and the office really could be a long way from home. Like living in Atlanta and working in New York.

Don't kid yourself. Plenty of bigots and nasty people in the military too. In fact, after the Bush years, there might be a bit higher percentage than normal.

We will know when the government has passed a good health care plan. They will drop their present coverage and sign up for the new program. When that happens we will know that it will have good coverage and I will pay my "fair share" for my part (but I won't pay for your "fair share").

skyk, you really think that government will be easier to deal with??? I have had to deal with HMO's and prefer them to the DMV or the IRS.

So many of these comments are so angry & so sad. Whatever happened to the really "Good old days" when most elected officials & voters, regardless of party affiliation could at least RESPECFULLY agree to disagree without resorting to vicious verbal insulting or name calling. Sadly, i beleive it started with the "Scorched earth" politics of Newt Gingrich. "Win at any cost". Also if you have ever noticed, almost everyone of these so called Super Patriots NEVER served in the Military! Sad...So Sad.

I wish her well, but she's a Grade A narcissist who has established a clear pattern of quitting when the going gets tough. Go away, Sarah!

Which may be why she was only a "C" journalism student who had to go to 6 colleges before she could get a degree. No doubt, when her grades came out and she found out her megawatt smile and bod were not enough--she quit each school and sought out another, thinking the priors were unfair to her. It explains a lot--including her inability to process or assimilate data and to not be able to create a coherent sentence. Palin is a special ed case if ever there was one. "Is our children learning?" GWB. LOL
