This entire piece is written because John McCain said Barack Obama would rather lose a war than a campaign. well, Obama has demonstrted exactly that.

No he didn''t. He''s pretty consistently opposed the Iraq war. You can disagree with that decision, or his positions about what should be done now, but McCain has no evidence to indicate that Obama''s motives in taking those positions were political. Senator Hagel was perfectly correct in that McCain is on thin ice claiming to know another persons motives. It speaks more to McCain''s character than Obama''s. (At least he should have been smart enough to have somebody else make the accusation. Presidential candidates usually don''t engage in character assassination themselves for justifiable fear of backlash.)

I can hear McCain''s advisors now, "Now Mr. President the only problem we are going to work on in your 1st term is Iraq, you don''t have to be confused, if re-elected we will work on the economy in the 2nd term, and oh yes please sign the pardons list for 5000 people in the Bush administration, it starts with Dubya, Darth, Rummy, Karl, Alberto, Mukasey, Petraeus, Rice, Tenet, etc.

You talk about Obama''s association with shady characters, look at McCain he was in bed with Charles Keating for 10 years, a federally convicted financier who was convicted twice and died in prison(CLUB FED), McCain received millions for his activities and support and was censured by the Senate for his activities and only escaped indictment because of the help of the 1st George Bush who was president at the time!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine the doddering, ancient, frumpy and grouchy old McCain as President. He reminds me of the half-embalmed Soviet premiers from the 1960''s and 1970''s.

McCain is too old and foul to be President. He is broken-down, bitter and needs to be retired, like a 1960''s era Ford with 300,000 miles.

Reporting is supposed to be unbiased. You could use this story as a slope at a ski lodge.

And obama with his associations with a racist church, pastor, black hate groups for 20 years and didn''t hear any of their comments. His association with a convicted terrorist and mobster. I do believe in guilty by associatioin when you have been involved that long and haven''t tried to wash the fleas off.
