I liked Hillary Clinton but will take my chances with Obama. I think the lies Bush perpetrated on the American people weren''t just a propensity of his presidency but entrenched as a culture in the Republican Party. Lies are a basis of much wrongdoing--corruption, illegal government conduct, horrifically misguided policies.

A vote for McCain will signify that Americans are complacent about the seriousness of misleading public opinion and make it hard to insist on a high standard of ethics in politics and government.

Let me see if I got this one correct..No women will be dumb enough to vote for Mccain because he is anti abortion. Beautiful.. With all the issues we have to contend with, (economic,education,taxes, war, fuel price etc, etc)Abortion is the litmus. What if a woman is against abortion ??..I have never believed woman are stupid and they will in-fact vote for the person who they believe will be the best leader, whether it is Obama or McCain.

What McCain CAN do is continue to staff the US regulatory agencies with former lobbyists that opposed the very agencies they head. If you like the FDA track record, if you think the FAA shouldn''t be inspecting planes, if you agree with the head of the consumer product safety division that she doesn''t need more staff and money to screen Chinese imports, than McCain is your man.
