"The Clintons ~ A Horror Film that Never Ends"
by Andrew Sullivan

When you look at the electoral map if the Clintons run again, you also see a reversion to the old patterns of the 1990s %u2013 the patterns that cynical political strategists such as Karl Rove and *** Morris have been exploiting for two decades. The country %u2013 scrambled by the post-baby-boomer pragmatism of Obama %u2013 snaps back into classic red-blue mode, with the blue areas denoting Democratic-leaning states around the edge and true red Republican states in the heartlands.

The Clintons are comfortable with this polarisation. They need it. Even when running against a fellow Democrat, they instinctively reach for it. Last week, in response to the Obama camp%u2019s request that they release their tax returns, Clinton%u2019s spokesman called Obama a new Ken Starr. For the Clintons, all Democrats who oppose them are . . . Republicans. And all Republicans are evil.

And evil means that anything the Clintons do in self-defence is excusable %u2013 even playing the race card, and the Muslim card, and the gender card, and every sleazy gambit that the politics of fear can come up with. This is how they have arrested the Obama juggernaut. It%u2019s the only game they know how to play.

One is reminded of the words of Bob Dylan: %u201CAnd here I sit so patiently / Waiting to find out what price / You have to pay to get out of / Going through all these things twice.%u201D

I''m impressed with her.All those rocks Bubba threw at Obama, and the ones she''s throwing now that have come back to hit her in the head haven''t seemed to phase her at all. She''s tough allright,in a thickheaded sort of way,LOL!

You go Hillary - on a long vacation. Then retire.
What Clintonistas don''t get here is that it''s too late; she can''t get a majority, so how can she win anything? She has a 50% disapproval rating nationwide. She has been ''vetted'' - and Americans don''t want her. Winning a state or two by dirty tricks doesn''t prove anything. IT IS ALL OVER for her, what can be accomplished except damage to the Democratic party?

Hey, youth of America wake up. Obama has nothing to
offer but encouragement...oratory. He is not
qualified to be president of the United State of
America. Tragically, some of these black voters will
promote him simply because he is black. Is that
"come together"? I think not.

Face it you numbskulls, she is by far the better choice to be in the oval office than Obama. Oratorical
splender just wont cut it in this cruel world. She has
visited with, and had repoir with most of the foreign leaders, and Obama has had none. Snarly is much better than lack of knowledge. We are just getting rid of one on the job trainee, we sure as hell don''''t need another like Obama. P. S. If Obama is the chosen
candidate, as lifelong Democrats, we will vote Republican. Repulsive? YES. Morally? NO........Doug

Doug sweety,Have you ever heard the saying about polishing a tturd? It fits Hillary.Do what you feel is right.I don''t care if she can yap at other world leaders like a chihuahua.Did you read b-easys'' post about party leaders being upset with her over the Obama/McCain statement she made?Just like Bubbas'' coomments after NH,the rock she threw at Obama came back and hit her in the head.Obama may not have to do anything to take her out,if she keeps blasting her campaign with shots she''s aimed at him. She''s like a cartoon character with the barrel of her shotgun bent back towards her.I can see her standing there, with her head al sooty and smolderin'' saying,"I hates rabbits!".She''s Hillaryous!

OBAMA DEMOCRATS AND SUPPORTERS, GET A CLUE.

Know what Obama means when he says he needs your help to get change: it means not just your vote--it means your support. How? STOP SAYING YOU WILL SUPPORT THE NOMINEE NO MATTER WHO IT IS. WHY?

1. If you will support the Dem nominee no matter what, why should the status quo not just put their candidate as the nominee and ignore the people''''''''s choice? (you''''''''ll vote for who they pick anyway)

2. If you will support the nominee no matter what, Why should Hillary run an honest, fair or even decent campaign? (even if she cheats, you''''''''ll vote for her no matter what)

3. If you will support the nominee no matter what, why should the SD not support the person who pays them the most or offers the best favors? (even if they ignore the true leader, you will elect who they tell you to no matter what)

Do you people even know who the status quo is or what it is? its not just corruption in Washington--it is YOU. It is who you choose and HOW you choose them. If you keep doing what you always do for the party--why should they change? Why should they stop the war? You''''''''ll vote for them no matter what.

Why should they fix NAFTA? YOu''''''''ll vote for them no matter what. Why should they stop backroom deals or stop fixing the elections so their best party pick can win? You''''''''ll vote for them no matter what.

People don''''t want real change. They want a magic wand to wave and things to be different--why they keep doing the same ol thing.

As a liberal and a feminist (and I use those terms proudly) I will happily vote for McCain over Clinton. The Clintons are bad news and I would much prefer to see the Viet Nam vet war hero in the WH than the shady side show that surrounds Circus Clinton. The Democratic party is about to self-destruct and Howard Dean can''t see it. The only reason I can breathe easy right now is that John McCain is the Republican nominee. While he has disappointed me on occasion during the Bush (2) WH, he is the one Republican of the lot I could tolerate and a far better choice than those sleazy Clintons.
