The New Republic: Hillary Clinton's Continued Run Is Damaging The Democrats' Chances
- it would crazy indeed if he declined Hilary''''s kind offer to be her VP, because he had already agreed to be McCains. THAT would be a shot heard all around the world.

It would serve her right, the way her campaign blew his comments about Reagan all out of proportion.Anybody with any sense could see he was extending a hand to disgruntled republicans. - Reply to this comment
- But, HRC DEFINITELY said McCain was fit to be president, Obama is not. She appears to be working for the GOP.

Maybe she''s hedging her bets--maybe she is threatening to be McCains VP if Obama won''t let her win or won''t accept her as VP. The really funny thing is if she did that and most Republicans then crossed over and voted for Obama just to spite McCain and Hilary.
Sort of like she has really bad body odor and when she enters the room--everyone else clears out and tries to get as far away as they can. I doubt McCain would take her though--he might take Obama ....If he did--he would win. If the DNC makes the mistake of stealing the election from Obama, it would crazy indeed if he declined Hilary''s kind offer to be her VP, because he had already agreed to be McCains. THAT would be a shot heard all around the world. - Reply to this comment
- Which helps explain why the Democratic party is a minority party and is totally ineffective. With "leaders" like the Clintons, they might as well close their doors. They are done.

Welcome back tuckerndfw. it is not just the party it is the voters. They send the message that no matter HOW the winner is the winner they will vote for that person--by that very message, they give the Clintons the green light to lie, cheat, hell--destroy the party and anything else. Because as long as in the end they win--they know they will get the votes. Of some. Not mine. "How" something is achieved also matters when a person has honor and integrity.
Hilary and Obama supporters would do well to consider the message they send--because if they really don''t like this game--don''t say you''ll support either side--no matter how they play it--or you get this. - Reply to this comment
- CANDIDA!! ROWDY!! WHERE ARE YOU? HERE IS YOUR PROOF OF HILLARY SAYING MCCAIN IS MORE FIT TO BE CIC!! EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT IT..... But yes, we know--they are all LIES!! LIES!!! LIES!!! Against your wonderful candidate who would never be sooo stupid and destructive as to endorse the opposition party over another Democrat.
They say...(On Keith Olbermann) that what she said is something she should say--if she is running as McCAin''s VP...Is Hill-Bill trying to tell us something here?

Hilary IS one tough woman. Unfortunately, the voters were hoping to add honorable, trustworthy and conscientious to that..... - Reply to this comment

Gee. That''s be horrible!! A loss of 18% of the electoral vote!! (Dems make up 36% of the vote so Hilary''s half would be gone)
Lets do the math: 34% (all Republicans) + 17% 54% of the vote!!! That would sink the Dems!! But...that''s not quite accurate.
After factoring the core dems who will vote Dem no matter who the nominee is--better make the numbers to the Republicans about 4.6% (polls suggest at least 25% of Hilary supporters will not vote Dem if she does not win)
So now McCAin gets 34% (at least 3.6%) = 37.6% for the GOP
Now...those other Dems...19% 13.4% core Dems 21% of Indies (70% of Indies voted for Obama)...=53.4%
and the other 19%? maybe to McCAin, maybe to Obama. Maybe not voting... Maybe to Nader.
Hmmmmm. Because you see, Obama supporters are saying the same thing as you--but only if Hilary cheats to win. They are willing to vote for her, if she stops trying to cheat and lets the process proceed. (cheating is trying to count disqualified delegates or trying to buy the super delegate votes and sway them away from the popular vote)
it is a mess isn''t it. Still--no one likes a poor sport. If Hilary loses fair and square--try grace. If Obama loses fair and square, his supporters should try the same. Anything less, and we all may be acting according to a Rovian plan. LOL - Reply to this comment

The vetting of the Clinton''''s is just beginning. This was a risky strategy by the Clinton''''s in the first place, because the boomerang effect will expose much more of their shenanigans to the American people....
...Since the name of Chicago defendant Antoin ''''Tony'''' Rezko has come up in national debate, it seems fair to look at donations from other defendants in Chicago''''s "Operation Board Games."
Of the other five defendants, three have donated to the Clintons or to Clinton supporters, three have donated mostly to Republicans, and at least two have donated to Obama''''s political opponents. None have donated to Obama." - Reply to this comment
- While Hillary attacks Barack, McCain just waits till the this fighting kills any chance the Democrats will take back the WH. It is because of Hilary''s ego that this fight will put the GOP back in and the War will continue for ever. Troops will not be able to come home. More Americans will die fighting a premeditated war. There will be no heath care the economy will get worse due to the fact that McCain knows nothing about it. Hillary will have to return to the Senate and every member will know that she will be solely responsible for the defeat of the party. Blacks will not vote for the Dems due to her whining and demands that the Supers pick her over the elected delegates. She wants a mulligan in Florida and Michigan. She will not quit till Barack has no chance of overcoming McCain in the General. She has stateed that she would prefer McCain to Obama (he has crossed the Presidential barrier) What kind of self holy that all Americans does she think she is. Her greed and selfishness is unimaginable.
