Second, the percentage of Americans against the war has not change. The percentage that think victory is not possible has not changed. The percentage that say it was worth it has not changed.

That is not siliencing anyone.

I am glad that the surge is working. One question I have is what happens in summer of 2008? At that point we will be out of fresh troops to rotate into Iraq? What happen if the parties fail to negoiate? I think general Petraues is a competent partriot. He has bought some time as opposed to victory
