- More left wingnut propoganda. I'm surprised it made in onto CBS. Wow, MoveOn.Org and the boys are really getting bolder and desperate.
Meanwhile no one is paying attention to the fact that this Congress is trying to seize control of the Executive Branch by insisting on destroying Executive Privilege. As you can now see, Clinton's philandering has done more damage to the executive branch than any president in the history of this country. His misdeed and personal recklessness undermined executive privilege for all future presidents. Now they use a left wing loonie to assert that he is King George. What is Congress then, King George times 430. - Reply to this comment

- Somehow, I do not believe that Sudams WMD had nothing to do with terrorism and the USA Attack in 2001.

Jack, read the "911 Commission Report". You know, the one that compiled all known intelligence at the time to outline "what really happened" leading up to 911?? There was no Iraq/Bin Laden connection. The Report should be required reading for all Americans...it would open a lot of eyes. - Reply to this comment
- This article is right on the money. Of course, 75% of the country has known this for at least 3 years. Now it is time for the politicians to put a stop to this religious nut case.

- I think Eisenhower's statement regarding the dangers of the military industrial complex "a permanent war economy feeding off a permanent state of insecurity" should be updated.
Bush and Cheney have proven that it is the military-corporate complex that feeds a permanent state of insecurity to make huge profits from a permanent war economy. - Reply to this comment

Frankly this statement puzzles me???
Either you believe in a rule of law or you don't!

I was referring to our current corporations, not the Constitution.
I do believe in the rule of law. Only when it applies across the board (to everyone without exception).
Do you know that corporations have the same rights as we do?
The corporation is an entity contrived by men and should not have the same rights as men. - Reply to this comment

- Bush joined the war that was declared on us decades ago. If a president cannot defend the nation without being called a Imperial President then all hail Emperor Bush.

- I used to think ill of the dictators of the so called Banana Republics and many countries of Africa. No more. The seed is there in this country. And they have germinated, nourished by a big part of the population. Shame on us.

- If the immediacy of power and authority of the executive is too anemic to respond then our safety is compromised. This is far more a grievous sin than any perceived curtailment of individual liberties; no matter what some ACLU, pot head attorney warns of. The Division in Our Country Will Destroy Us! United We Stand!
Men of Courage are seldom POPULAR! Why? Because they do what they believe is right, not what is popular. This explains Clinton's popularity versus Bush's unpopularity. Personally, I couldn't trust most those who post here to get my grocery order correct.
Many of the present crop of candidates are too willing to say whatever they believe will get them elected. My personal lie detector is on and working! Thank you very much! - Reply to this comment
- There will be no IMPEACHMENT of this President because he has not lied to us. If that couldd be provn he would be GONE! Unlike the previous President who lied under oath there is NO EVIDENCE hat he lied!
Your moral outrage is skewed!
Clinton was impeached for being a LIAR
not for his *** mania!

"The George W. Bush Memorial Sewer Plant"
Appropriate, don't you think? - Reply to this comment
- BushCo needs to be tried for treason and hung like they made sure Saddam was. These criminals had this agenda BEFORE Bush stole the presidency, instigated 911, ignored Katrina, waged an illegal war, sold out America and depleted our reserves. Our economy has collapsed, we are the laughing stock of the world and our rights have been hijacked. Every day these madmen are in office, the put us deeper in a hole our grandchildren may not be able to climb out of.
IMPEACH IMMEDIATELY!!! - Reply to this comment

- Let's right this wrong now while there's still a chance history will look favorably on us someday. Impeach Bush and Cheney ASAP.

- Somebody here ought to read the United States Constitution! It clearly states that leading the country into war under false pretenses IS an impeachable offense. No mention whatsoever is made about lying to a politically biased prosecutor about a personal pecadillo. Lord help us if we ever do impeach King George though... That would leave us to the tender mercies of King Richard.
