- BIGDADPATRIO,
Knowingly lying to congress, and to the American people in order to present false evidence (as stated by the CIA before Bush's speech to congress) of a "clear and present danger" that was, in fact, neither clear, nor present, that precipitated the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in a sovereign state that had nothing to do with 9/11 is not an impeachable offense?
Continuing to pursue the same death and destruction after it has been shown without doubt that the original pretext was false, is not an impeachable offense?
Continuing to put the US military into harm's way, not for the purpose of defense, but solely for the profit of his friends, is not an impeachable offense?
They are all corrupt, on both sides, we all know this, except you, so you sit whining your old tired saw about Clinton?
Compare the numbers of innocent dead from each, you lose before the comparison starts. - Reply to this comment
- xzavierbrown,
Your constant haranguing of "the liberals" might be more effective if you can answer the following questions,
1. what is the official definition (not yours) of terrorism?
2. what reasons for the invasion of Iraq, as given by Bush (not you) were valid at the time of invasion, and still valid now?
3 since no Iraqis were implicated in 9/11, how did destroying Iraq's sovereignty aid the "war on terror"?
4. since Iraq has fallen into a state of civil war, what legitimate reason exists for the US to meddle further?
5. are your reasons for our further involvement in Iraq enough for you yourself to don military gear and go fight?
6. if the answer to 5 is yes, why don't you? - Reply to this comment

- Human cowardice will certainly be the end of this great nation as it was the Romans and the Greeks. George Bush and his loyal followers are certainly huge cowards but if it wasn't them it would be the other side. Human cowardice is the real culprit.

- thanks for the laugh, bigdadpatrio. watch the news much the last five years? democrats with "morals and integrity?" now, that is hilarious. you mean guys like newt, ritter, and delay? real stand-guys there. though, to be fair, bush and cheney's crimes against the country dwarf those of everybody's else's, particularly clinton's.
