No - America took yet another beating today from Bush and the rest of the Republicons.
Good news for you guys twice today though.
Scooter Libby was pardoned and more troops were killed in Iraq. Congratulations. You win.

So there we have it, friends. We seem to be simultaniously experiencing:

- a perceptable war drumm volume increase, with respect to Iran and Syria

- a clampdown on criticism and dissent, and the free flow of ideas

- a noted increase in the civilian killing rate, in Iraq and Afghanistan, by U.S.-led forces

- bottom ready to fall out of the U.S. housing market

- Scooter now free to assist in the implementation of the illegal war of aggression against Iran

Looks like All systems go.

The NRO has something correct for once. The jihadists are social outcasts with persecution complexes. They cannot cope with 21st century life so in their pea sized brains they think they want to return to simpler times, but they would be outcasts and losers in any time frame. They are the true heretics - it would be so much better for themselves and the world if they would just gather in one place and blow themselves up - saving the innocent lives they take in their cowardice.

It seem that xzavierbrown is applying a sterotype towards anyone who does not politcally agree with. I know people on both sides of the politcal devide who realize that the jihadnuts are coming to kill us.The debate as to what meathods to use to deal with these fanatics is part of the on going debate that democracies part need to have.

I do not think the blame lies with the democrats or the republicans. The blame belongs with the jihadist.

Both side need to talk out there differnces if we are going to help the jihadist meet Allah at the eariest possible time

This is a surprisingly good analogy, in this case. It would appear that many details, with respect to these events, are fictional.

The fact that a National Review Online writer is using these stories in an effort to prop-up his analysis, seems to further cement the likelihood of this fictional aspect.

That IS the danger with liberals when mixed with radical islam. I would not be suprised if osama's main target would be San Francisco BECAUSE IT VIOLATES several of islamic laws.

I am a Democrat and a liberal. You said that Democrats and liberals support hard line radical Islam. So yes you did call me something, and no I don't support radical Islam or any religion for that matter, and that's why "I bit your head off". I'll decide who I support and when I support them - I don't need you to tell me.
