"Nobody seems to want to recognize that if you are on here calling the "other side" names like bedwetting libs or "Sieg Heil Bush!!" are just playing into the hands of the the hard left and right? Its hard to keep the troops in battle mode if you don't make your enemy look really bad."

You must be posting to the wrong person. I personally have said nothing about Bush or bedwetters of any stripe. What I don't like, and what I gave an example of earlier (which has not be refuted), is the mass control of hate radio of the air waves. And it is hate radio. Limbaugh and others like him appeal to the lowest quality in their fanatical listeners.

we have to thank those liberals in protecting our freedom of speech even if it means rallying the govt to intall laws to restrist freedom of speech.

"The two-for-the-price-of-one attempt to have the government both stifle voices that don%u2019t meet %u201Cenforceable public interest obligations%u201D while raising money for government broadcasting is certainly a worthwhile strategy for the Left. Not for free speech and free markets, however. "

Al Franken has to dress up as a SNL character and gently tell his liberal audiences, with hand puppets and cartoons, in able to hold enough attention and interest.

You said:

"All that proves to me is that there are thousands if not millions of people who'll believe anything as long as it goes with their philosophy, whether right or wrong."

DO you think that applies to both sides? Are there those who believe anything Al Gore, Moveon or Hillary Clinton say because they want it to be true?

Nobody seems to want to recognize that if you are on here calling the "other side" names like bedwetting libs or "Sieg Heil Bush!!" are just playing into the hands of the the hard left and right? Its hard to keep the troops in battle mode if you don't make your enemy look really bad.

I would wager every poster on this board wants America to do better, wants a better job, healthy children and an opportunity to improve.

But if you read this you would swear if bullets could fly over fiber cable there would be dead on both sides.

The far left is manipulating you just like the far right manipulates their folks. The only freedom comes when we make our own decisions and that has to be based on information from both sides.

National Review%u2019s reference to Free Speech via Talk Radio surprisingly does not show reference as to why many object to the form of such as used by Lymbaugh - Hannity and others with direct regards to Democrats.

When Democrats are openly described as %u201Ccommie libs%u201D and the host relates to the betterment of society if the Dems would just go to another island - among other faulty descriptions - there appears to be a slow-down to rightful use of FREE SPEECH.

Supposedly, if this language were used in open debate, slander could be the accusation toward the host. Some think the litany is %u201Cfunny%u201D when in fact it is representative of the level of honorable behavior by one who is supposed to be the %u201Cgift of God%u201D - to resemble a way to become elated at one%u2019s own voice.

Other misinformation results from the over anxious method to gain attention - such as Rush%u2019s attitude on education - medical needs of poor people not being a reality - pretending to be the %u201Cking of knowledge %u201C re: Global Warming - and much other rhetoric present in his extension of his great bowl of knowledge. .

If only 3% of Rush and Sean%u2019s listeners would have voted Democrat instead of Republican in 2000 - 9 more electorial votes for Gore and Gore would have been President..

Just go easy on the %u2018PUDDIN; Rush, the tide may change.

"A free market solution would be to toss the FCC out on their tax-funded a$$."

Maybe a bright lad like yourself can tell us why the FCC was established?

"He'd probably give you the answer you deserve...it's none of your f**king business. At least, that's the answer you'd get from me."

Hehehe! Sorry, but this from a man who makes everybody else's business his own?? I don't think so!!! LOL! And plus the fact that he claims to be some God, oh excuse me, have talent on loan from Gawwwwd, well I just want to know all about his "talents." Wink, wink!! "Riiiiight......that's why he's been on the air for 19 years."

All that proves to me is that there are thousands if not millions of people who'll believe anything as long as it goes with their philosophy, whether right or wrong. Truth means nothing to you his audience, and you know it.

Rush is only still on-the-air for exactly the same reason as the mainscream media -- because he has (covertly or not) aligned himself with a political party. Rush just does it more explicitly and consistently than the leftist liars.

A free market solution would be to toss the FCC out on their tax-funded a$$. Let a license-free market exclusively decide what is fair. Liberals and conservatives would not get their privileged goodies. So that is why they all hate freedom and won't admit it. Because government restriction is their primary tool of financial gain.

Oh please, I don't hold Limbaugh to any standard. He simply doesn't have any standards.

Riiiiight......that's why he's been on the air for 19 years. The real air...not the one where bedwetting libs like yourself underwrite and DONATE to keep Airhead America going. He had to earn his way.

Try to keep your palpatating envy to a minimum. LOL Don't you wish libs could have success like that? I don't. :)
