I would rather have a president lie about adulturous sexual acts (i.e. being an averarge american male) than a president who lies about weapons of mass destruction to get us involved in a personal war. so clinton broke a law. bad ***** man! but that was stealing snicker bars compared to what bush and cheney have done to put us in this horrid mess.

Bush should have been impeached! Invading Iraq was both Illegal and Bogus and most of the world knows this to be truth. There will always be a handful of people that will wave the American flag regardless and it is those few who always tend to block justice and peace on earth for the sake of a dollar.

REGIME CHANGE

What will this world be like when
War Mongers are no more -
When this ideal of Democracy has
corrupted every shore -
When the Ozone Howle has opened wide and
there's nothing left to explore?
I pray I'll have ascended to the place
my fathers dwell
before planet earth has officially been renamed
HELL.
If we do nothing but stand by and watch
the fate is ours to claim
unless we all call out in ONE VOICE for America's
REGIME CHANGE!

As someone who did not vote for Bush/Cheney/Rove and cronies, my first reaction is to say, "We told you so." My second reaction is to say, "Impeach NOW."

Abramoff Emails Raise New Questions in Attorney Firings
By Matt Renner
t r u t h o u t | Report

Wednesay 28 March 2007

A Congressional probe into the dismissals of eight US attorneys last year has raised new questions about the role that disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff played in the 2003 demotion of Frederick Black, the former US attorney in Guam.

At issue is whether a report compiled by the Department of Justice's inspector general took into account the fact that White House officials had been using email accounts maintained by the Republican National Committee before concluding that Black was not demoted for political reasons.

Black had served as interim US attorney in Guam for twelve years and was appointed by former President George H.W. Bush before being abruptly replaced in May 2003.

His dismissal stirred controversy at the time because Black was a political enemy of Abramoff, who had been retained as a lobbyist by numerous individuals that were being investigated by Black for public corruption.

Many of the White House and DOJ officials currently under scrutiny in the US attorney firings played a role in Black's replacement, including then Counsel to the President Alberto Gonzales, his former Chief of Staff Kyle Sampson and President Bush.

this is the man who said before being "elected"
"freedom of speech has its limits."......this was in response to a press release about him that was unflattering...........we should have been able to see what was coming then........
He needs to go asap so that our country can begin to regain our reputation and credibility in the world which this band of inept criminals has distroyed. he needs to be reminded that HE is the servant of the public........not the decider.......he needs to stop invoking exectutive priviledge to weasel out of shedding light on the dirty dealings of him and his buddies........enough is enough. the damage that this man has done to our country will take a long time to repair .........the sooner we gt rid of him and his bunch of corrupt cronies the sooner we can start.

The only "intelligence" failure was between one president leaving and another being selected -
intelligence failed completely - to be passed to america's leadership. And my #1 impeachment vote goes to............

No leader is above nation's laws
To the Editor:

During the impeachment proceedings of President William Clinton, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said, "We are a nation of laws and no one is above the law." And, he stated this numerous times as to why we as a nation should impeach Clinton.

If we hold what Graham said to be true, then we must impeach George W. Bush without any delay or much discussion.

His acts of treason and overstepping his authority relating to the illegal National Security Agency spying must be dealt with swiftly by both Republicans and Democrats.

I call on all Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and all news media to immediately pressure the Congress to impeach Bush. We cannot have a president who feels that he is without question and that he can act as a dictator.

If we as a nation allow this conduct from our president, will all will be victims of terrorism --Bush-style.

Where can I go to vote for Impeachment? Somehow, I missed that link!

And after impeachment, Cheney, Rove, and Rice should be tried for treason and punished accordingly (decorum prevents me from expressing my true wishes).

We're living in Kook City here at the comment area of CBS News.

People on the left are criminalizing politics - the Gonzalez fiasco is not criminal, but is a political disaster for the White House because they can't communicate their way out of a paper bag. The president can fire his political appointees. Oh, Bill Clinton can fire every US Attorney including those who were investigating Clinton and his buddies, and that's not politics. Please!

The left wants to impeach the president because of intelligence failures that go back to before BILL CLINTON WAS PRESIDENT. If the left was serious, they would support reforming the CIA to make sure this never happens again. But that would mean getting rid of lefty CIA agents, and they don't want to do that!

The left is full of hate and it will be their undoing.

Resident Bush and Vice Resident Cheney have begged to be impeached since beginning the illegal war in Iraq. These two (along with illegal 'legal' advice from the likes of Harriet Miers, Karl Death Rove and Alberto Gonzales) have raped and discarded the Constitution and rules of the Geneva Convention.

Not to mention the blood on Bush's hands as the men and women of our military die and become injured in the streets of Iraq.

Not to mention how the world mostly views the US as the biggest danger in the world.

Anyone who thinks we are better off now after the Bush years is someone who is benefiting from the tax cuts Bush and Company pushed through which is bankrupting this country as we speak.

It is clear Bush has no regard for Congress, laws, the American People and the world.

Impeachment NOW, Ms Pelosi! Drop your opposition and do what is right by the American People and the international community at large!
