MyOpinion1: I find women like you disgusting! I stayed at home with two children for 18 years of my life! It was anything but a rewarding experience! I found myself almost 40 with no identity of my own but my husbands, mental problems and no way of supporting myself if my husband died, divorced me or left me for another woman! I don't think either one of my children were the better for it either! I wouldn't ever do it again! I have a daughter-in-law who works even though my son makes excellent money! Her son's are surviving just fine without her always being there for them. If you prefer to vegetate at home be my guest! If you don't have anymore backbone than to have a life without your husband and children be my guest! But, I don't appreciate people like you who don't know what the f...they are talking about degrading women who work! I admire women like Hillary who are as tough as any man! Who are enough of a woman to have an identity of their own! I would vote for her in a heartbeat! Have a nice life inside your home!

jimmyc: I'm not voting for a "celebrity" - but since you're saying her accomplishments are limited, may I ask you exactly what W did before his Daddy's friends bought him a baseball team and the governorship of Texas? At least Hillary doesn't have a six year gap in her resume, and can't brag about bankrupting Harken Oil while walking away with millions - leaving the workers unemployed and with lost pensions. Other than being a reformed drunk, I'm not sure what qualifed W to become President - other than inheriting the position. And 'inheriting' is the only the man has ever done. Unfortunately for all of us, especially the Democrats, we will all inherit his failed foreign policy, an increase in terrorism, and a massive deficit. So I think law firm partner, first lady, and two term senator gives her enough credible experience - and certainly more that the idiot we have now.

I would have to say in defense of the Clintons... Bill's terms as President may have had a little personal drama, but I felt safe, and secure in this country. I didnt have to worry about sending my kids to school wondering when we were going to be struck again by terrorists. I have a great deal of respect for people with values and morals that they actually take seriously enough to discuss publicly, no matter what the public has to say about them. There's a lot to be said for living it and not just speaking it. I WILL vote for Hilary when it's time just because I see her as stable and worthy of the task of turning this coutry back around after we get the reckless one out of office.

Folks - are you voting for a candidate or a celebrity??

Examine HER accomplishments (what few there are) and her inability to take any position without reading all the polls to decide what position she should take - i.e. the war. She was for it - now against it.

Folks - pull aside the smoke screen of her celebrity and look at what your really thinking of voting for - she has no record, no experience and frankly - no stable positions. She was the wife of a President - a not particularly effective one at that. Bills prime accomplishements wer signing NAFTA, welfare reform and signing midnight pardons to folks who gave money to the Clinton library.

What do you KNOW aobut her - not what the tabloids tell you - what FACTS do you have??

A 'C' in women's history. Well that certainly qualifies you as an authority on this topic. Listen up everyone, we are being enlightened.

Well who would be? We certainly ARE NOT putting another Fascist in the White House so you can put that to bed right now. This Lady has been involved in and close to the MAN in the Chair, I just do NOT know how you can be more experienced than that. Add to that the FACT that she will have the MOST accomplished Statesman of our life times at her side and able to advise her. Guess that's a pretty good resume if you ask me. Sure the Fascist will spew hate and vile rumors but America CAN and WILL rise above that! We can do this people.

I think we are not electing a woman for president not just she's a woman. We are electing someone for president who is far better than the one we're stuck with and she just happens to be a woman.
