You only gave both shows 1 season !!! Those were both great shows . I think I'm going to just quit watch drama's , suspense etc. Nothing I like ever stays on the air . I can't believe the ratings were that low !!
It's upsetting and quite a shame Last Resort has been cancelled. It is one of the only good shows currently on TV. The creators should try to get the show picked up by USA or FX - networks who's viewers enjoy more intellectual stimulation than the ABC viewers watching Gray's or The Bachelor. Even if the series was finished out (instead of an abrupt one season ending) and sold on DVD without being aired I, and I'm sure many of the other 9million+ viewers, would buy the entire series.
I'm sad to see 666 Park Avenue canceled, but I must admit I did not like the character played by Dave Annable as Henry Martin. Rachael Taylor as Jane Van Veen was great! (although her eyebrows were too dark). The rest of the cast including my favorite Vanessa Williams as Olivia Doran, Terry O'Quinn as Gavin Doran, and Erik Palladino as Tony DeMeo were just as fantastic. I am really disappointed that ABC was so quick to cancel 666 Park Avenue!!! This was a classy show full of intrigue and suspense. It was the best show since LOST! The network guys at ABC don't have a CLUE. You take off Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters with strong followers and it's been musical chairs ever since with duds like Pan Am, Playboy Club and GCB. I am really disappointed.
Please, please do not cancel Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue. Instead, get rid of some of the reality shows and bachelor shows and that stupid honey boo boo. I'm sick of reality shows!!!!!!!!!
Why do every show that starts getting good always get canceled. Do they know people have DVR? They put these stupid comedy sitcoms on amd I don't watch them. I love mystery. These networks need to get there sh$t together
Networks keep crap like Honey Boo Boo and get rid of the good shows like Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue!! Stupid call ABC. Sometimes you have to give a show a couple of seasons for the viewers to find it and get interested in it. Keep shows like Secret Millionaire, The Bachelor, Bachelor Pad, The Bachelorette and Ball Boys, but cut the shows with any substance. I am so sick of "reality" shows, especially considering there is very little reality, and they unleash things like the Kardashians. ABC, get a clue!!!
