Michael Jackson is not Guilty: Michael Jackson isn't guilty, legally, morally, or even from an objective standpoint. Legally: Cases rejected, no evidence found, No DNA evidence, No Hair Follicles, No Marks on and of the childs body, the parents didn't even request for michael to go to jail they took the money and ran with it because thats all they wanted in the first place. Before Michael was accused of being a "pedophile" he was always AN ICON. HE donated 300 million to charities, built a billion dollar career on inspiration from kids why can't people believe that he spent money on an amusement park to help kids? Even in his LAST WILL he gave money to charity. He was a big part of the MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION. If believe he was guilty then you believe in a society where you are guilty till proven innocent. And i call you a murderer so you should be hung now based on your beliefs in heresay as a reason to reach a guilty verdict. Calling Michael a child molestor is like me pointing at you and calling you a witch and everyone burning or hanging you for it. It's no different than a witchunt! He gave 300 million to their cause, lead an iconic career, in death gave his last will to their cause, in life he was always giving giving and giving. He was never guilty. He surely had a relationship with kids but it was NOT sexual. And let me tell you this. I am NOT a diehard Michael Jackson fan. I like his music. Yet I don't own one CD or ONE Poster or ONE video. Nothing. I just know that the man is innocent. Logically, Legally, and even morally! He is incredibly MISUNDERSTOOD. Period. Michaels relationship with children was never EVER sexual. Ever. Never. He literally loved children as his own and would have done anything to take care of them and he even helped one of them slowly recover from cancer. Based on his life, the court result, his actions, AND his history he cannot possibly be guilty in my mind. Don't compare this man to OJ Simpson! OJ Simpson had DNA evidence working AGAINST him. OJ Did criminal activities MORE THAN ONCE. OJ Was guilty. Michael WAS NOT. Both times the "fake victims" walked away with money from michael. Even Michaels ex-wife took advantage of him. Michael was a grown man in body, but not in soul and mind. He was literally like a child. There was alot he didn't understand about this world. And in the end it killed him. I am not like Michael. When people try to stick it to me I put my foot in their face. And I truly wish that when Michael were alive he had a friend like ME who understood his pure heart. People today are so scared and so defensive that good intent is usually misconstrued for manipulation and evil deed. It is not true. Michael was truly a good man. I myself once had that innocent pure heart but as I grew up in this **** society I realized I cannot trust anyone and that made me, and others hard and distant. For some reason Michael was able to maintain a good amount of his innocence. The guy was harmless and couldn't hurt a fly. Aside from all abstract arguments even the facts, FACTS, FACTS, lead to a not guilty verdict. Those who think he is guilty-If I call you a murderer and 2 people agree but you have no blood stains no evidence of being at the crime scene, no dna, no connection, no motive are you a murderer? NO. So what he went on drugs? The guy couldn't eat a sandwich without being MAULED by crowds!!!! A victim of his own success. People know Michaels presence on this earth was iconic. A musician who at one point had the power of the pope. Icon, Legend, Genius. The truth always comes to light. So haters? TAKE A HIKE.

I totally agree that Michael Jackson is responsible for his abuse of drugs, not the doctors. The bottom line is this. Michael Jackson begged for these drugs, fired people if he could not get drugs, and turned against his own mother and family when they urged him to get help.
This is Michael's addiction and his lack of self-control caused his death. Plan and simple. No one is to blame but Michael Jackson.

I think Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Sharpton should have been there speaking to him and on their knees praying for him then. They always want to put the blame on everyone else, instead of ?Looking in the Mirror? at Michael.
