Former British Bodyguard Recalls "Confiscating" Prescription Drugs; Says Star Had Secret Girlfriend Before Death
- Respect and credit? Those titles are reserved for people who earn them by setting good examples such as honesty and integrity, role models for others to duplicate. Mj made his choices, the wrong choices ruined him, his fame and career.

- I think we are all a bit weary of the MJ continuous coverage, yes?
But I am a bit worried about MJ's and other stars lack of eating, his Ornish like low-fat "vegan diet" hey-- he only weighed 112 pounds, and he even had a personal trainer!
I believe; if he had been a Paleo eater, or even an all-meat plus eggs dieter I doubt the pain from his injuries and sleeplessness would have bothered him then driven him to the Dugs like it did Keith Ledger. Don't do Versed at home! Just my 2 cents.

- I usually don't send messages this way. But I have to say there are some really sick people in this world. I just wished everyone would stop fighting over him and give him the credit and respect that he deserves. (YES - HE DOES DESERVES IT) Go back and read some of these. They are sick. He's not the only person that has ever had plastic surgery, taken meds, or been accused of something.) So, for all you negative people out there writing these. Try putting the shoe on the other foot. What if you had the whole world pointing fingers at you all the time. How would you deal with it. He's had a lot to deal with over the years and from what I've seen (on t.v. etc...) it's tore him apart. He's gone now - so you can stop pointing fingers at him and let him rest. I think all of you that are talking bad about him....You should be ashamed of yourself. How do you think his family feels. If they are reading these massages. Better yet - what if it was someone in your family that someone was putting down? I don't guess it would bother you. (or maybe you are just to stupid to care.)

- Somebody here posted they thought mj had talent, even moreso than Elvis.
While Elvis may not have been perfect, his voice was far better than mj's and he was not a pedophile.Elvis songs and memories live on, mj will be forgotten soon as another loser and failure. - Reply to this comment

- Second case was DEFINTELY a con/bribe. First case... they were going to take pictures of his genitals and bring to court... it was going to be an embarassing circus. What do RICH people do... they say... how do I make this go away? And he paid to settle... but in the settlement the clauses state explicity that he denies the sexual contact with the boy.
If these folks wanted 'justice' why would they sign documents like that?... they took the money and split.
BTW:
Leonardo Da Vinci was an uber pedophile. How is he remembered? I guess it's different strokes for different folks. Here is some info on the real Da Vinci:
"In 1476, he was accused anonymously, along with three other men, of sodomy with a 17 year-old model, Jacopo Saltarelli, who was a notorious male prostitute. After two months in jail, he was acquitted because no witnesses stepped forward. For some time afterwards, Leonardo and the others were kept under observation by Florence's Officers of the Night - a kind of Renaissance vice squad, charged with suppressing the practice of sodomy, which a majority of male Florentines engaged in, as shown by surviving legal records of the Podest? and the Officers of the Night.
Modern critics contend that Leonardo's love of boys was well-known even in the sixteenth century. Rocke reports that in a fictional dialogue on l'amore masculino (male love) written by the contemporary art critic and theorist Gian Paolo Lomazzo, Leonardo appears as one of the protagonists and declares, "Know that male love is exclusively the product of virtue which, joining men together with the diverse affections of friendship, makes it so that from a tender age they would enter into the manly one as more stalwart friends." In the dialogue, the interlocutor inquires of Leonardo about his relations with his assistant, Salai, "Did you play the game from behind which the Florentines love so much?"
Leonardo kept his private life particularly secret, and there is no evidence that Leonardo was ever intimately involved with any woman, nor in a close friendship with one. He also surrounded himself with handsome young men throughout his life, and his art reflects an appreciation of androgynous beauty."
- If I am not mistaken Elvis married 14 year old girl. What do you call that? But no one speaks of that. Let Mike RIP. He was the greatest entertainer ever.

- Drug addicts like Michael Jackson, the type with lots of money, just go to a lot of different doctors and get the perscriptions. It's not like the doctors all talk to each other. Give me a break. Michael was no different then any other addict - well, other than the fact that he could afford to go to 10 or 20 doctors at a time to get his drugs.

- Years ago, when Michael Jackson had that accident, he was given pain killers. Now if the doctor gave him something addictive, and kept giving it to him, that is the doctor's fault, not Michael's. If Michael was not told it was addictive, he would not know.
There was a certain drug, years ago, that doctors used to give out quite freely, and never told people it was addictive. I can't remember the name of it. Anyways, it wasn't until people tried to stop taking it that they realized they were ADDICTED to it. There were millions of people addicted to this drug. - Reply to this comment

...but I remember he was addicted the adoration from the audience.
As are most celebrities. If you ask a celebrity what they like best about the business, it's performing in front of the audience. They LOVE it. I heard one celebrity say once that they were all very "insecure" people. They lived for the applause. - Reply to this comment

- ok-- the guy is a FORMER bodyguard, introduced to jackson 10 years ago. my questions are; how long ago did he work for jackson? how long has it been since he has been in contact with jackson? most importantly, why does he feel compelled to introduce a secret girlfriend into the story?
oh, right. he gets his 15 minutes of fame...
seriously, did cbs vet this guy at all? - Reply to this comment
- "Just another nobody trying to blame someone--anyone--except the person actually TAKING the drugs. Sorry, but if YOU take drugs, YOU are the one to blame. Nobody "makes" an adult take narcotics."
Spoken like someone who has absolutely no concept of addiction. When a person is truly addicted to something there is no more personal control. And when painkillers are concerned, it's not always the person's fault they become addicted - anyone can be prescribed something by their doctor and it be too strong or be taken too long and with the highly refined nature of some of these painkillers the effects and the hold work quickly. Enablers have the majority of the responsibility as far as I'm concerned; if you know someone has an addiction and they can't feed that addiction without your help, YOU are responsible for whatever befalls that person. - Reply to this comment
