- mj's parents should not get custody of the kids. look at what they raised in their son, michael (man-boy who allowed young boys to sleep in his bed, a chimp as a close companion, drugs, plastic surgery addiction). perhaps their mom(s) or the nanny, if either is deemed acceptable by the court, would be better choices. as for rowe, it would be hard to see your kids if the dad moved them overseas. i hope the kids get some kind of therapy to help them through all of this, including the weirdness of their father, and i hope they grow up to be strong, independent adults.

- I don't know what kind of custodial mother Debbie Rowe would make, or the nanny, for that matter. But one thing's clear: Custody of Michael Jackson's kids should NOT go to his parents

- Jackson wasn't too proud of his upbringing. Nor does it seem he was too proud being black. These children do not have a drop of his blood in them, there is just no way. He bought off a couple of blonde hair, blue eyed white people to produce all of these kids.
Katherine is too old to raise these kids. She hopefully will employ the nanny who is closest to them to bring them up.
Was Michael sane enough to make his wishes known should something happen to him? Was there a will? You would think Peter Pan would have been responsible and "grown up" enough to be sure his kids were taken care of. - Reply to this comment

They also say that his income from people buying stuff now that hes ded should make up for it all.
I just hope the kids make it out of all this OK! I think they should be kept as far away from Gramps as possible.

I do agree that Katherine is way too old to raise those kids, she is only in it for the $$$$$$$$$.
Michael's accountants and lawyers should have made sure he had a will...if they collected a paycheck, it is their responsibility to take care of him. JMHO

- they shuld tell her she can have the kids, and will make the average salary of a nanny. The rest of the money will be put in a trust to provide for all of the kids needs and their futures, but she will not have access or be allowed to recieve any of it. See how quick the gold digging piece of dirt decides she does not want the kids after all.
