Hi michellekrieger. Michael Jackson, My First LOVE. Genius, Prodigy, Magical Music & Performances ALL come with a price. NHow REST your weary head. The controversy has ended and the days for others honoring themselves will soon end too. I'm praying for your children not to suffer like you or any other child did due to beatings, loss of childhood, perscription drugs, allegations, settlements, warrants, arrests, court, trial, NOT GUILTY...it's all over now. AEG Live's bogus cardiologist and them WILL BE INVESTIGATED, I promise you that. Now Sleep.

Michael Jackson was extraordinarily talented and intelligent. He was so gifted. It is indeed sad that he had to live such a troubled adult life. He will be sorely missed as an entertainer. In the greater scheme of things...how sad it is when we lose anyone, such as all of the people giving their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan. And all those people who lose their battle to the terrible diseases of cancer and HIV aids. May Mr. Jackson finally be at PEACE!

I don't often agree with reporters from the media with the exception, perhaps of Andy Rooney, but Bob Schieffer on Face the Nation this morning, hit the nail on the head with his comment about Michael Jackson. The focus of this nation seems to have shifted from respecting heros such as Eisenhower, MCarthur, Ruth, Dimaggio and Unitius to the abhorant such as Jackson. How do we expect our youth to grow up when we tell them to look up to a wierdo, pedophile, pathetic character such as Jackson.

I am tired of hearing about Michael Jackson. After hearing and seeing this on the news at every turn I would hope that this wonderful program would make it short and sweet like they did with Ed McMahon and Farrah who I would have loved to learn more about. We know enough about Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson's many talents, humanitarian work and gentle soul will always reverberate with those of us who recognized him as an especially gifted person.

In reference to the op ed on CBS' Sunday Morning stating that Michael Jackson declared himself as a Messiah through his music, this is ridiculous; Mr. Jackson never said anything to give this credence. His faith in God and the true Messiah would never allow him to say it.

May God be with MJJ's family and true friends. Now Michael Jackson can finally have a peaceful life.

Radio,

You have to be the most brainless twit posting on this board. My most sincere hope is that you don't reproduce and spread you defective genes into the world population. Loved him? See him one day? Not unless you are humping some kid with your monkey watching.

People are not "worshiping" Michael. They are grieving his sudden, unexpected death and celebrating his life. Sorry, but this does not make them "brainless zombies". It seems instead to be you who is short on feelings.

Yes, of course it does. And he was also a terrifically talented and creative dancer. People were absolutely mesmerized by his unique dance moves. He created music which appealed to so many people around the world. Very few musicians have that impact.

If there was credible evidence he "molested children", kathymc7719, he would have been found guilty. He was acquitted of all charges. I truly believe he was an innocent victim of greedy, exploitative people. And his music and dancing were alot more than just "ok". He was supremely talented, innovative, and creative.

He was not a pedophile, MrBag. He was acquitted of all charges. They were trumped up charges made by people trying to exploit him for financial gain. And he was not a "freak" but a human being who gave so much joy to the world and was taken much too soon.

I don't consider myself a fan of Michael Jackson per se, but I enjoyed hearing his music, watching him dance, seeing his videos and jaw dropping amazement with his world-class concerts -- and of course his incredible humanitarian contributions throughout the globe.

It wasn't until his death when I saw numerous video tributes to him that I realized the magnitude of his music. It was a bold eye-opener as not until now did I realize the vastness of it.

During the past several months, it seemed that Michael was getting his life back together and from different accounts from people who witnessed his rehearsals it sounded like his upcoming shows in London were going to be truly mind blowing -- shows better than the world-class concerts that historically were phenomenal trademarks of his. I don't know why, but these news accounts of his rehearsals had piqued my curiosity and I was looking forward to reading about and seeing snip-its from his shows at 02. Sadly, all of it will be left to our imaginations.

Rest in peace Michael and thank you for your magnanimous contributions to music and society. Over time, society will realize the scope of your talent and work then truly begin to appreciate it.

To his children, the Jackson family and his associates and friends: Behold and trust in the assured comfort of Michael's eternal spirit through the memories, laughter and blessings which he abundantly brought you and the world. May his remarkable life, beloved soul with the sureness of perfect peace and a risen life serve to sustain you and your families now and throughout life. With deep heartfelt condolences, blessed prayers and much love. Peace to you all. RIP Michael.

How anyone can mourn the passing of that pedophile freak is beyond me. Personally i'm glad that NAMBLA poster boy is dead, good riddance to bad trash. If there is any justice in the afterlife he is getting a size 19 dirt chute in hell.

No one asked you post here. If you are tired of Michael Jackson, then do not visit or post on this story

mrzerato We are not tired of Michael Jackson. We will never be tired of him and his music just like I have never tired of Elvis and his music even though he's been gone over 30 years. What we are tired of is the constant media barrage of Michael's death. It's time for the media to move on to other news!

My condolences go out to the Jackson family. He will be missed. I wonder, though, when is the media going to stop this constant barrage about his death? For the last two days or more everytime I turn on my tv or computer all I see or hear about is the death of Michael Jackson. ENOUGH ALREADY! Isn't there any other news happening in the world?
