Try to remember that the Bible was written by men, not God, and well over a hundred years after Jesus died, ok so that's for the New Testament. As far as the Old Testament is concerned, it was written from the oral for of recollection from generation to generation, and is as reliable as, no, not even as reliable as the story of "Gilgamesh", the first written account at all in any language. So, here, my friend, you are relying on the memory of generations. Not only that, when the bible was recopied various times over, it was added to and omitted from as so thought the transcriber, so we have today a totally unreliable version of the original finally written down after many generrations copy of the Bible. The Bible was man's creation and finally standardized by the King James version.

What part that I do read and feel fairly comfortable with is the accounting of Jesus life and parables as they were not so terribly long after his death. The rest is all interpretation, again and again. I was in a Bible study group that studied the origin of the Bible. So while I use it as guuidance, other than Christ's history and parables, I spend a great deal of time in prayer for answers to the many questions in life that challenge my Christianity. My career as a teacher of the emotionally disturbed/mentally ill has grown my heart with unconditional love and patience, and tolerance for all extreme thoughts of being. I believe God sent me there,without thought of money, and a nervous breakdown at one point, and I went back where He sent me to do His job he meant for me. I don't need a Bible to love and appreciate the beauty of God's challenged children and adults, for I have Jesus with me, showing me the way. He also has taught me since a little child the good from the bad without reading it. Perhaps I am the lucky one, who has conversation in prayer with the Lord, and Jesus inside me to lean on. The American Taliban is alive and well. The term doesn't encompass all Christians, just the politicized Christians who want to tell the rest of America how to live and impose their morals on everyone else. If you are not one of these people you have no cause to feel insulted or annoyed.

Her unwillingness to honor the agreement is good enough to give her the boot. Trump should have done this awhile ago but wanted to err on the side of caution. Now he realizes the failure of this woman to Honor the contractural agreement and she was fired. The State and Trump had laid out to this pathetic AIR HEAD what was expected of her BEFOREHAND. She said that she missed two appointments. One of them was a gay rally that she refused to attend. I don't blame her for missing that one! I can only imagine how she would have been treated!

It doesn't matter though because she's going to do just fine without her Miss California crown and the Miss USA organization. In fact she'll probably make more money and be more famous than if she hadn't been fired and had been allowed to keep her crown! In fact in a few years she'll probably be laughing at Donald Trump and the Miss USA organization and wondering why she ever got involved with them!

Miss Prejean will probably make more money and be more famous without the Miss USA organization than she ever would if she had been allowed to keep her crown. She will probably be invited to speak at more meetings and rallies and she will probably appear on more talk shows than she ever would as Miss California. She might even have her own show someday or be on a show like Ugly Betty! Vanessa Williams hasn't done too badly since her crown was taken away! Carrie Prejean can do the same!

Are you serious? Most women who do pageants have aspirations to be models (or are models) tv spokespersons, or actresses or show hosts.

Here is a news flash for you: the Design industry is dominated by gay men, be it interior design or fashion or even landscape. In other words, from photographers, to directors to haute couture, gay males are the mavens of that industry. So the final say in who wears their creations is usually gay.

If you think of the biggest designers of our day--most of them are male and are or were gay (were for those like Versaci, are dead)

Also, so you get it straight, the entertainment industry and beauty industry is dominated by gay men. From hair stylists to make up artists many of the latest styles or make up are decided up or invented by gay men. From set designers to who does the make up or even tells women how to walk across a runway--the 'coach' is often a gay male.

Then again, from rock and roll to the silver screen many of the headliners and stars are gay like Rock Hudson, Elton John, ....some admitting to be gay others (like Tom Cruise) having rumours of gayness follow them for years. Stil others are bisexual like Mick Jagger, DAvid Bowie, Angelina Jolie and Madonna and Lohan and Spears and Paris Hilton.

The deal is, no one is more likely or more suited to be a judge or arbiter of a show than a gay male since these women are vyying to get into the industries that they control and dominate.

What is more the question is why any male that is NOT homosexual gets to be a judge? Such a male would be ruled by his 'nads and his taste would reflect not who would be good to the industry but his personal likes or dislikes. The average male looks at a woman and does not care how she walks, talks or thinks or acts if she has the body parts and face that they like personally. A homosexual man will grade the way a woman walks or gestures, how she wears or debases clothing by how she carries herself and can tell simply by her choice in clothing whether she has personal savvy or at least has a great handler--and if she is comfortable in her own skin--but the avg male does not care if she is comfortable in her own skin--he is too busy fantasizing about HIM being comfortable in her skin.

Of the 3--only gay men and we ladies have the sense and objectivity to move beyond the fake boobs, puffed lips, make up and superficial beauty and see bone structure, posture, gracelessness, in security etc.

Because when the avg male sees a beautifully dressed and made up woman--he buys the picture she is projecting--but by age 14 or so, we women can deconstruct a woman's clothing, mentally remove her make up and judge her on her real self not on the fake stuff she adds to enhance her beauty--some gay males can also do this.

Very few heterosexual men can do this.

That said, it is a good idea when choosing judges to steer clear of the really beeyatchy and biased ones.

here is ample medical evidence that there are biological and physiological differences between homosexuals and bisexuals that occur during fetal development. I also happen to know that there is more proof of that which has yet to be released, as improving technology is developing that will make it irrefutable.

(I'm 100% heterosexual myself, btw. I was born that way. It had nothing to do with how I was raised, and there is no way anyone could "teach" me or I could make a "choice" to be gay. You CANNOT control to whom you are sexually attracted. It just is.)

Actually, there is no medical or physical evidence only social empirical data.

babies of most animals including humans are not born heterosexual or homosexual, they are born sexual. They respond to sexual stimuli. The chemicals found to be more prevalent in the brains of some begin to orient a child at a very young age--but this is augmented or reinforced and directed by environment.

Everyone wants to think behavior is an inherent trait. If it is, then 'rapists' 'pedophiles' 'theives' and 'murderers' are born that way also. Because each tends to act on impulses they find hard to resist that seem to be an inherent part of themselves.

If genetically, we find that people are "born a certain way" do we penalize them for something they cannot help? WE shouldn't penalize gays but beyond a lifestyle, it is a choice. Personally, I believe any of us could go either way and for some reason due to life experiences, environment and yes, our own nature--we end up liking either the same sex, the opposite sex--or just sex (bisexuals)

it really does not matter. Nature or nurture it is nobody's business except that person and his partner(s) and no laws should be made to oppress or restrict any person based on what they and another choose to do or not do--if the 'doing' is legal and with adults.

Prejean has now responded and said that she does not know why she was fired as she went to a several appearances. Uhm, Carrie....honey...dear...sweetheart...little girl....you have to do them all, kiddo--you have to APPEAR at all appearances they name or schedule--not just a few. Especially when you are on probation--but really as a professional--you should make a point to do them all. This is not high school or your home town, when you come and go working at the local 'malt shop' whenever you please then get shocked when the mgr wants to hire someone a bit more mature and reliable.

People - You all need to read the article. Trump did not fire her because of her views. He fired her because she wasn't showing up to work. How many of you would keep an employee on the payroll if they refused to come to work?
