My life has an enormous amount of garbage and there is plenty of sin in my heart. Our hearts will worship something. People do not like the fact that Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life". Your issue lies with Jesus, not with me.

The correct quotation is: Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth and the Light, no man cometh to the Father except by Me." Light (as in guiding force) not Life.

Mensarino, you made it sound like we were birds of a feather these vular posters and I but I do not think this is the case. You were tweaking my nose, were you not? I do not try to embarrass Gay people nor do I make fun of them. I have no hate or prejudice towards people who choose same *** relationships, I object to these couplings being called marriage because they are not. The Emperor has no cloths so throw him a towel already!

Blackyowe~no cheap shot!---they represent the lowest common denominator---

they are crass, vulgar and beyond redemption. They only cheapen the conversation and need to be called out for it .To be silent is to condone.

mensarino, that was a cheap shot. They are rude and only come here to enjoy making others mad. You should ignore them as I do.

Oh but IRLiberal I shall here an now call you a liar. I think it does matter to you. I think you want to force everyone to except your idea of reality. If this was not true you would not be so emotional and irate with me about this subject. Just like most of the new agers they are not happy til everyone else agrees with them and they have their way. Like I said it is you who are the bigot.

You could pass a law a cow was a horse but that would not make it a horse. Biology rules IRLiberal. You have a good imagination but don''''t wake up thinking you have wings some morning and jump off the garage you might get hurt.

Whether you choose to personally believe it or no, makes no difference to me. The State of California and the State of Massachusetts have gay marriage, 100% LEGAL. That''s real enough for me. You might have some other fantasy qualifications you base your bigotry on, but I''m not personally burdened by those... you''ll have to deal with those problems yourself, sorry.

To mensarino:

I agree, life is too short. But isn''t eternity too long? Do you really think that we will not know what the truth is after we die? God gave us His truth here before we die. Yes, there are 2,500 kinds of religions in the world, all which tell people that God will love them more if they follow certain rules. Christianity has it completely flipped, and it is the ONLY one that is upside down. It says God loves us the way we are, and when we accept Him, He changes us into what He wants us to be. That is a life process. The change is from the inside out, not the outside in. In Pauls letters to the churches there were several murderers, homosexuals, liars, and cheats, all that were in the church. They needed to be there to hear God''s love and forgiveness and how to get right with God. Later on it decribes how they were changed and had a new life with God. People who do not want life with God can have that choice, they can keep what they have. The door to God is always open, but the gay person knows that if they give their heart to Jesus, they know they do not have the strength to come out of that lifestyle. It has to be something miraculou!

I wish them happiness but a fake marriage won''''t bring it to them.

Posted by BlackYowe at 11:10 PM

Does calling it "fake" (when it is obviously real and legal) give you some kind of personal comfort? Is that why you repeat it incessantly to yourself like a mantral of denial?

You should look into why that is.

Really.
