- If you don''t like it, don''t go see the movie. How hard is that? If you are offended by pornography, you don''t watch porn movies, right?

- Until there is a LAW passed by the Federal Govt that bans the use of certain words, HollyWood and Rappers and Movie Makers will keep using words that offend and stir up drama.
My Middle School kid uses the REETard word all the time. She does not say other 4 letter words in front of me. I have told her that its not cool and it disrespects that group of people. She is a good girl and gets fantastic grades. Thats how Middle School kids talk they all know all the bad words at that age. I DO NOT let her watch South Park or Family Guy but some of her friends parents do let their children watch that stuff.

- "...studio execs shamelessly inciting protest to get free publicity for a lame movie...how did you work that out??"
It is called guerrilla marketing and is how things are done these days. Marketing people spend their days trying to figure out how to get free and unusual publicity since modern minds are mostly desensitized to advertising.
How did these groups know the content of the movie before it was released? Notice how nicely printed the protest signs are? (most protests have hand-lettered signs). R. Downey Jr. puts out a thoughtful quote about art and freedom? Some bogus "APTN" shows up to cover the protest?
It would not be beyond imagination that they intentionally included the "R" word in the film, then tipped off these groups to get protest...and news coverage. - Reply to this comment

No problem. Someone has to be a voice for the ******* & bags in this country. Both ******* & bags have been persecuted & subjugated for many years & it''''s time that people stop beating them down.
Power to the *******!! Not so much for the bags though.
