How do you "abuse the law"? Regarding OJ, anyone who''s certain he''s guilty should stand up and prove it. I''ve never known the man. I wasn''t at his trial. I don''t consider myself qualified to disagree with the jury. After all, they heard all of the evidence, and they rendered their verdicts according to the U.S. Constitution. If you think OJ Simpson, or this man are guilty, you''re perfectly within your rights. When you stand up and prove it, then it becomes fact. Until then, it''s only your opinion, and, it''s an opinion based on a very limited amount of knowlege about the case. Remember, some day it could be you who is on trial, and you may be innocent. Would you want to have lots of people with no involvement in your case judge you as guilty, and view you with scorn?

one problem with all these holly wood cases is that the people making the accusations are not exacly emily post or andy griffith so there testimony is suspect from the start esp when they steal from the accused no honour among thieves

I agree omded if a jury says a mans not guilty i believe it they have seen all the evidence and i think givin the oj stuff and all the other stars that have abused the law if there was something there they would have surely found him guilty

The man was aquitted by a jury of 12 people, each of whom witnessed all the testimony. If there was a miscarriage of justice, I''m sure the prosecution will appeal. Otherwise, why do so many of you still find this man guilty? Did any of you see all of the evidence and arguments like the 12 jurors did? Remember, all 12 jurors found this man not guilty. So why do so many of you still find this man guilty? Let it go. It sounds like he was wrongly accused. Anyone who believes he''s guilty should present a case against him. Is anyone willing to step forward? Remember folks, you have the right to your opinion, but, until you prove it, that''s all it is -- your opinion. The man''s innocent, and deserves an apology for the inconvenience and trauma he''s been put through.

Did he eventually testify at his own trial? I am genuinely naive, but how does the 5th Amendment serve him in this matter?

Get real folks, before you can convict someone, you have to prove it was them.

he did not bring the girl to his house, those women did, many times. So they should have been on trial.
