I''ve watched AI pretty solid the past three years, and yes even voted. There have been alot of stupid eliminations over the years, but when it''s pretty obvious who has talent, and who doesn''t have the quality of talent to make it to the top, it just doesn''t make sense.

I think Carly should have definitely stayed. And the two of them should have never been in the bottom two. And Michael John should still be in. I would have loved to have seen what he would have done this week.

Carly, keep pushing it, you are a star. And don''t ruin that beautiful face of yours with another tatoo.

Stop being a moron. Nobody said she had an "angry voice". I said she had a good voice and an angry style. It has nothing to do with Simon. She screamed her song and her performance came across with an angry demeanor, in my opinion. Simon said he liked her performance this week, however I didn''t. It might be a "singing" competition, however it is called American "Idol". Presentation and appearance do contribute to overall impression and opinion. Her attire and demeanor week after week were more suited for female wrestler than female entertainer.

Huh? Carly has an "angry" voice????? WHAT is it about people who can''t think for themselves, and copy a phrase that Simon says, and then runs with it?? You can''t have an "angry voice". That makes absolutley no sense. What the h3ll does that mean???? What she does have is a very beautiful, powerful, and talented voice,and she should still be in this competition. And as far as her being "more feminine"(??????), she''s plenty feminine. But anyway that isn''t even the issue - this is a SINGING competition (or that''s what it''s suppose to be). And she has proved week, after week, after week that she can sing. I can clearly see that and she''s not even my favourite!

Yes, Carly has a good voice. But she is NOT an idol! Her manly, female wrestler appearance along with her "angry" singing style did not help her garner any votes or following. If she had come across more soft (feminine), I have no doubt she''d have been a strong candidate to win it all.

Syesha had a great performance and didn''t deserve to be in the bottom 2 this week. Jason is an airhead and Brooke has absolutely no stage presence and no clue how to reflect the emotion of a song.

Are you kidding me! Smithson voted off, and Mercado in the bottom two!? What is wrong with the Voting public!? What is WRONG with YOU? Either you don''t know music, or singing, or BOTH!.. The dreadlock "cutie" boy, Jason, should have been kicked off, or "Babling" Brooke. Those were your bottom two. I''m so sick of the outright injustice of this voting by the public. It''s absurd! Brooke''s great on some things, and Jason has a "crooner" way about him, no question, but this is an abomination. Smithson and Mercado have two of the great voices among the remaining contestants. Com''on voters, get it together.. or leave it alone! you''re ruining the show, for Christ''s sake!!

The two David''s should be the finalists. Both are awesome...but my vote would be for David Cook to win it. Every week I think Brooke will be eliminated...but nope, sigh, she still remains.

We are wondering when will Jason Castro be voted out. Among the remaining he is the least to win. We wish for DAVID COOK to win! The sad thing amount American Idol is, it is more of a popularity contest and not on talent.

There is no way Carly should have been voted off (at least this soon). My daughter read that there is a website for people who hate American Idol that encourages others to vote every week for the worst contestant to ruin the show. Anyone who watches this show knows who should have left tonight.
