Come to think of it, if why send a forming baby to jail?

Why send a woman to jail with a baby in her stomach?

Either forgo the stupid 90 hours; or have her serve the time after the baby is born.

As I have said before in reference to articles about Lohen, Spears, and Hilton..Enough with the POPTARTS! These girls have done nothing of value and have shown to be self indulgent, dangerous, and irresponsible.
