Paris Hilton has been fitted for ankle bracelet and put under house arrest, after authorities determined to release Hilton from prison due to medical reasons, this according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson Steve Whitmore

She should have done her time in jail

This is unbelieveable. Why is it if you have money you get out of everything? What does that say about our society? I'm disgusted.

What does this say to the American People? What does this say to the world? This is much bigger than little, whiney Paris Hilton or our problem with celebrity fixation, it reflects on the American Justice system and the culture within the US. We'll let a repeat offender out of jail early, we will not enforce our standards, and we show favoritism.

This is BULL to the max. Disgusting. I'm laying odds that her being in that jail was causing such a PRESS fanfare. People trying to get in to visit their relatives in hopes of catching a picture of the famous "guest" to be the first with that high $$ photo that "discipline" totally went downhill.

She played it right. She put so much "whining" in this that the press made it impossible to maintain order. Perhaps whoever let her out will be the one to serve the rest of her sentence. Maybe she agreed if he let her out she'd make a "tape" with him...sheesh. Money talks. I have no doubt some bribery was involved. Daddy must be so proud.

So much for the JUSTICE SYSTEM
I wonder who got the PAY OFF...?

UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT
James B. Veasaw v. Cari M. Domingues,et al.
No: 05-1467

Securities and Exchange Commission was giving away and/or selling Govt. jobs,
and Government employees commit CRIMES against the people,
Government employees (SEC DOL EEOC) commit CRIMES
in order to GAIN the upper hand in the Court room
Perjury, mail/wire fraud, conspiracy, obstruction of justice,

and NOT ONLY did the Justice Dept covered it up..
and NOT ONLY did the COURTS COVERED IT UP...
and the GREAT US SUPREME COURT were helping them it COVER UP..!

Wow, I didn't think anyone could rise to this level of stupidy, shows what I know. Books by Clinton, Plane, etc, grossed how much. What would the lambs who follow the antics of Paris Hilton spent to hear her tale of woe? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Just hope the early reports are incorrect. How about equal justice for everyone.

Will you people get off her case and leave her alone?? No, NOT "anybody else would have been there long ago." Ordinary people sentenced to that facility are sometimes released within HOURS, not days, due primarily to overcrowding. So, know what you are talking about before you run off at the mouth with hateful and ignorant statements.

I would have been impressed had the headline read:
"Hilton Refuses to Leave Early to Make A Point".
Now I am left wondering if she just took the easy way out instead of paying her dues. I mean if you really wanted to show the world your not what the media has portrayed you to be that would have been the way to do it. Hilton you really missed your chance to prove the image portrayed by the media is inaccurate instead you have only given further proof to the image you and the media portray.

This is a disgrace to our society. She was originally given 45 days, which then turned to 23. Now she is let out after only 3. She must have given those fake "Look at me. I'm so beautiful" smiles to the guards. How pathetic!!!!

I can't believe that they have let this person out already. Any one else would have been there long ago, and certainly wouldn't have been let go after 3 days.Just proves that having money and being white, will get you freedom. Imagine being black and poor. We wouldn't be having this discussion.

How much did this cost them? So much for a novel. She wasn't there long enough to write a comic book. Although, a comic book would seemingly be more appropriate for how celebrities get treated in our judical system.

Wow! I guess the rich ARE treated differently. Three days of a 40 odd day sentence that had been reduced to 23 days for good behavior before she even went in. I hope someone is writing this up for Law Review. Hopefully if I ever need to avail myself of this special treatment there will be a precident on the books.
