When is everyone going to stop feeling sorry for this girl?? She needs to go to jail, if it was my Daughter she would be in jail. She is enjoying this and so are her friends, I do not consider this girl an innocent victim, she is making 20 million a picture I think its about time we stop feeling sorry for her and put her in jail before she kills some innocent kid.
Her Mother should be ashamed of herself. and Hollywood need to take a closer look at how it deals with trash like this. years ago she would have been blacklisted from making any more movies the studio heads really need to take more action with this trailor park trash so called actors and their junkie parents.

You don't even know why she was in rehab, much less that "the problem wasn't fixed". And she actually had the chutzpah to go partying after she finished her rehab stay? Heaven forbid! And what excuses have I made for her? The cocaine found by the police wasn't on her person -- they don't even say whether it was found in the car. It is not an "excuse" to proffer that the drug was in the possession of one of her passengers -- why do YOU rush to the conclusion that it was hers? What proof do you have?

As for "allowing her to get away with it" -- what, pray tell, has Lindsay been "allowed to get away with"?

Not wearing panties under her skirt? Nope some paparazzi sticking his camera in her crotch caught that no-no.

Not smiling constantly for the paparazzi? That's a capital offense, apparently.

Going to a nightclub with her peers and letting her hair down? She's definitely going to hell.

You know, envy is a very ugly thing. My advice to you: get a life of your own and stop pre-judging hers.

We know that Lindsay was in rehab, so we know she has a problem. We know she didn't stay long, so we know the problem wasn't fixed. We also know that she has been out parting since the rehab. You have completely lost me... I was commenting on the rush to judgment made by all of the previous posts. All we know from the article was that Lindsay hit the curb while she was driving. That's it. The responses to this ranged from "you deserve it" to "hope they throw the book at you" to "have fun in jail".

Frankly, it's people like YOU who make celebrities crash and burn in your eagerness to pin blame when you don't know any of the facts. You're the one who relishes her suffering for your own sad aggrandizement -- THAT is the definition of a spineless fool.

People like you are the reason there are so many of these types of people. Ever heard of co dependency. You types let them hang themselves by defending their actions. But you are certainly very upset when their actions take a morbid turn for the worse. I am sure Marily Monroe had dozens crying for her in the end. Celebrities are seen as role models. Therefore it is not unacceptable they get treated as examples for the rest of us. And not as the exceptions for the rest of us because phony physical attributes and/or a saccharine personality give them a free pass.

And if she's hanging out with drug users, perhaps she shouldn't - because drug users DO THAT to other people; pin them while they run off to get high again another day.

The only double-standard that Lindsay and other hounded celebrities are held to is the demand that they be perfect, even with scores of rabid paparazzi stalking them, trying to catch them at their most embarassaing moment to score big bucks with the soulless tabloids.

The cocaine is another matter, but I will bet that the drugs belonged to one of her "friends", and they ditched it in the car right after the accident to avoid prosecution. Question: how many of you check the contents of your friends' purses or pockets for drugs before you allow them to ride in your car?

Lindsay's only two other accidents were clearly not her fault... how many of you think for a second that you could have such a clean driving record when you become the focus of hundreds, maybe thousands of gawkers ever time you step outside and get behind the wheel?

Obviously rehab didn't work, probably because she doesn't think she has a problem. They should send her to jail with Paris, maybe that will wake her up. I think her mommy needs a little adjustment too, so maybe she could go with her.
