Thanks for the great article, every bit of media attention is welcomed with great appreciation.
Not in my 27 years have I seen anything like this before. So many fans of Jericho are taking (sometimes alot of) time from their schedules to bring attention to their beloved show. Let's hope anyone listens and we will get that second season that we so desperately want.

After a slow start, %u201CJericho%u201D was building a good deal of momentum and had become a truly engaging and enjoyable program. It was with a good deal of surprise that I heard it was cancelled as it had become a %u201Cmust watch%u201D program for myself and many others in the Baltimore viewing area. In addition to the regular TV viewing fans that watched each week on normal TV, there are quite a few people I know who had started watching the show mid-season and were %u201Ccatching up%u201D on earlier episodes either online or via cable on-demand services%u2026 or simply awaiting summer re-runs to catch those earlier episodes. Surprise was definitely the right term.... for the cancellation of this blossoming program... and surprise that CBS was shooting itself in the foot by prematurely cancelling a promising series with over 9 million viewers (and quite probably few million more who are not represented by "Nielsen ratings"). This program certainly has quite a few fans around here (more than most). Although life will go on without this program, hopefully the folks at CBS will come to their senses and reconsider renewing this program for a second season%u2026 and create a win-win-win result for CBS, its sponsors, and all of the cast, crew and MILLIONS of viewers.

I am extremely disappointed by the cancellation of Jericho. Hopefully CBS will recognize their error in judgement & reinstate the show. If not I'm sure the other networks out there are taking notice of the huge fan base Jericho has, & will pick up the show. Unfortunately this is just another great show,on a long list of others, that has been canceled(Invasion,What About Brian,Third Watch,& Alias to name a few). As a viewer these abrupt endings with no resolution has discouraged me from wanting to get involved in ANY new show, regardless of the network. I am tired of being left hanging with no resolution, while the networks decide to fill the airtime w/another reality show. HERE%u2019S A CLUE:Viewers are sick & tired of reality shows(with the exceptions of a few; American Idol, Nashville Star, America's Got Talent, Big Brother, Flip This House, & Extreme Home Makeover). I personally gave up watching all of the following after the first 1-2 seasons because they are a COMPLETE waste of time; The Batchelor/Bachelorette,Survivor,Amazing Race,The Apprentice,Average Joe. I never even BOTHERED to start watching any of the following;Dancing With The Stars,So You Think You Can Dance,American Inventor,Last Comic Standing,America's Next Top Model,Project Runway,Simple Life,Surreal Life,Trading Spouses,Wife Swap, Beauty&The Geek,The Mole,Temptation Island, the list is endless. IT'S ALL CR*P!! You can be sure I won't be watching any other new reality shows you come up with either!

GREAT show! DVRd for later review, even when planted in front of it live. First topic of conversation at work Thurs. AM. CBS there has to be room on your schedule for quality like this! Please renew JERICHO!

I just wanted to clarify something. Jeff Knoll did not organize anything with nutsonline, Trish, the woman who run the myspace page - http://www.myspace.com/savejerichonow

was the FIRST to SUGGEST nutsonline
was the FIRST to POST about nutslone

I don't like all these misreportings going on. I'm sure Jeff Knoll is a nice guy but this woman has been busting her rear for the myspace community and she deserves every bit of recognition.

Thank you for the attention to the Jericho story. All the guys and gals at nutsonline.com have been more than terrific! Their nut delivery videos and up-to-the-moment campaign comments on on their site are quite entertaining too. More than anyone could have asked for.

When CBS realizes that they've been handed the marketing stunt of the century on a silver platter, and renews the show, I hope that we see that additonal wave of air-dropped food that was hinted at in Blackjack.

We've given CBS the props, for goodness sake.

Cases and cases - and more cases - of them.
