The cancellation of Jericho is a complete dissapointment to many viewers. I don't know anyone who doesn't watch this show and isn't angry about the cancellation. Your lineup of "edgy new shows" sounds more like "trashy new shows". I think you may take a huge hit on this one CBS!

You don't suppose that the premise of the show hit a bit too close to home for someone, now do you?

*** it! You fools pull this show and after a long interval put it back on and then cancel it because it lost viewers? Outrageous! The responses in this thread demonstrate that this show had a following. I am very disappointed.

The New Adventures of Old Christine
CSI:Miami
NCIS
Jericho
CSI:

The only shows worth a *** on your network. Jericho should be allowed to continue with the amount of support from the big eye it richly deserves. This is a great show!

A friend at work who also loves Jericho told me today that Jericho is always among the top downloads on ITunes site. Shouldn't this tell you something. This is a great show. Please reconsider the decision to cancel this wonderful series.

Hasn't anyone ever noticed how the number of episodes there are for a show has dropped. A series will start in September (for awhile some didn't actually start till October and November). Then there will be a few episodes, then it is Thanksgiving and they put on repeats or it isn't on at all. Then they put on a few more episodes and then it is Christmas and some more repeats. And it seems to me they keep playing repeats to almost the end of January. Between that and taking the shows off for awhile and putting other shows in its place, how many shows are we really seeing anyways?
I am so tired of getting into a show and then having them yank it. It needs to stop.
Where I live, Jericho is also on another channel, so I wonder if it will still carry it?
so I wonder

I can't believe that CBS has done something so stupid as to cancel a show like Jericho. It was fresh and inventive with a largely superb cast. I don't know anyone who is remotely interested in wathcin what is, essentially, a kid survivor or a bunch of 70's couples that have nothing better to do than exchange their partners. And a musical mystery, please, doesn't anyone remember the merciful demise of Cop Rock?

I read that you are planning on cancelling Jericho, and I can't believe it, especially when I read the garbage you are putting on in it's place!!!!! Maybe the reason you are having trouble is that your executives aren't connected to the "real world". There are so few good shows on television and now you are taking one of them off the air. Maybe someone should reconsider this decision so you don't loose more viewers to the garbage you are replacing it with.

Ok, this is a joke right, they are going to cancel Jericho after THEY pulled it from airing half way through the season, ok, you pull it, lose your viewers then want to cancel it, good job CBS! What a joke, then you are going to replace it with a show following around mexican kids to see how they live in a society without parents. Um, no need to do that, we see that every freaking day in LA!!!!

Yeah, that's THE KIND OF SHOW I'LL TUNE IN TOO! NOT!

Dear CBS Network Executive:

I am extremely disappointed with your decision to cancel "Jericho." Honestly, "Jericho" was the only reason I started watching your network. When I saw the advertisements for "NCIS" and "the Unit" during "Jericho," I watched them also.

However, your total disregard for Jericho's fan base has appalled and enraged me. It appears that your network intentionally destroyed any chance that "Jericho" had in developing a larger fan base when you put it on hiatus and scheduled it against "American Idol."

When you made the decision to cancel "Jericho," you also ignored the show's Internet presence on I-tunes and your own website as well as its presence on CBS On Demand. You also offended a faithful, consistent audience.

I, along with millions of others, am tired of boring crime shows with plots I've seen hundreds of times. I'm also tired of watching reality shows where the cast has the collective intelligence of an elementary school student.

I will not watch CBS programming again. I will also inform your advertisers that I intend to boycott their companies due to their association with your network.

Finally, I am going to quote a famous soldier and one of your characters. "NUTS!"

I cannot belive you just up and canceled this show! Why not finish it out? Thats what wrong with CBS. Its always playing catch up or copy the other guys. Why don't you be orginal and stick to your guns and programing.

CBS! What are you doing? It did not lose any viewers because of time away, it lost some viewers because someone at CBS, who is not too brite, put a new show against a long time standing number one show, American Idol! Dont cancel a great show, just move it to another time. Now you can come back and say, WOW so many viewers love this show so we brought it back and just moved the time. This show will be another great, give it a little more time on a different night!!! Dont be so foolish. LOOK at all who love this show including myself.

Please do NOT end this show. It might just make folks think about the possibilities in an unsettled world. Preparedness for disaster begins between the ears.

Could this cancellation threat be a publicity stunt? Jericho has been rated 8 stars out of 10 by IMDB users & has been the Number 1 downloaded show on CBS.COM. This clearly defies logic.

To The Clueless Fools Who Make These Poor Programming Decisions: Inspired by the dying words of Jericho's Johnston Green, the patriarch of the show, "You zigged when you should have zagged!"

I am extremely disappointed with cbs for failing to give a promising new show a true chance. The world does not revolve around reality shows. Many of us enjoy shows like Jericho. I wish you would reconsider keepng the show on the air.

Who is the Jack *** that made the decision to kill Jericho?
Great show. Very imaginative.
To leave faithful viewers hanging with no end to the story is disrespectul to your audience. It's your own *** fault Jericho lost steam. You took it off the air for weeks!
I'm Survivored Out - why don't you ditch that one and bring back Jericho, promote it and leave it alone for 22 weeks. Bet you'd find better results than Survivor.
Jericho was the only non reality CBS show that I watched. CBS lost a viewer. Please reconsider.

I guess there wasn't enough T&A in this show for a large audience...or did it require too high an IQ in order for a viewer to enjoy it?

CBS blows it again. This is a terrific show that was appropriate for a family to enjoy together. I'm very disappointed in it's canceling.
