"The Awful Truth," in which he staged a mock funeral outside a health-maintenance organization that had declined a pancreas transplant for a diabetic man."

Just imagine what the health care of America will be like under one giant govt. run HMO. OMG. No way. Think, SS disability or workman's comp. That should be enough to scare all of us back to the broken system we already have.

I'm surprised it took Bush and his posse this long to go after him. I'd say, for Bush and company, this is a top priority matter above the war, energy prices, the housing slump, foreign policy, etc, etc.

Lots of Americans go to Cuba without penalty, but the crybaby government wants to penalize the one person who stands up for those the government neglects.

Yes they do, as military personnel. But, even they can't leave the base. The border fence is guarded 24/7. Orders to STOP anyone from entering or leaving. I know of no other people who go unless they are given a permit from the government. Michael Moore allegedly had NO permit, thus he broke the law. Kinda like driving without a license, you can do it, but if you get caught, you get in trouble.

I did not mean to do multiple postings. This thing keeps indicating my message did not go through with "The Publish button will be enabled shortly. We have temporarily disabled it so everyone has an opportunity to comment." They need to fix this.

I do ask everyone though why Fred Thompson is not under investigation for possession of Cuban cigars?????

Hate is the worse word there is. Hate is what has and will cause all the trouble in this world. Michael Moore makes his millions by spewing his hate for George Bush. His only accomplishement is causing more hate. I do not think we need any more. We need to worry about jihadist that hate our way of life and are committed to take it away from us.

I AGREE 100% so if that's the case Bush & Co should have been put behind bars a long time ago!!

I admit that I voted for Bush. I regret that decision now, but am unable to change it at this late date. However, griping on here will not get this done. Contact your Senators and Representatives and persuade them to get the evidence need to remove him from office. Just remember, the evil we know versus the evil we may get.

And Bush wants to punish people who go there for health care!
Posted by ZykraCosmos at 09:37 AM : May 10, 2007

Amazing, the lefties will say anything, even if it isn't true. Bush has not said either way about this. Michael Moore broke a law. Where does it say that Bush wants to punish anyone from going there?
Maybe I missed a paragraph somewhere.
The treasury dept is the one investigating. They are investigating a law that has been on the books for decades. But of course liberals think they are above the law. Before you bash me, I am neither liberal or conservative, but feel there is good in both sides.

The right finally has something they might be able to go after Michael Moore for and I'm surprised it took them this long. Keep on doing what you're doing Michael and to hell with Bushco and his brainless Bushbots!

This whole travel thing to Cuba is just plain silly. Cuba is not a threat to the United States so what's the point of the travel ban. I don't have a problem with Moore spending his money to take people to Cuba for medical treatment.

SLOPPY REPORTING. Didn't they bother to check on ol' Fred Thompson??? The man has CUBAN cigars! (see below) As soon as I read this about Michael Moore a bell went off. Even Bush-suck-up McCain has mention of this on his website. Another wonderful example of Republican hypocrites. BTW-I think I also read that the Guvernator also smokes Cubans.

Also for you Michael Moore haters you never saw that first episode of The Awful Truth where he saves hundreds of lives by taking on Humana. I believe it is still on You Tube. It will make you cry.

Michael Moore's "truths" are no more credible than Bush's "truths". Liars are liars regardless of what political banner they carry.

luvNY;
I have read most of the comments here that the Bush apologists have posted and I find it ironic that had they inserted the name, George Bush, in place of Michael Moore, in some of their comments, they couldn%u2019t have been more accurate.

Michael Moore has been proven to be a liar, but it is amazing how liberals will accept what he says as "truth" with their legs spread wide open.
