Don't they usually show who voted for who? It'd be interesting to see how the jury's vote came down. All we know for sure is:

Jonathan: Yul
Parvati: Ozzy
Adam: Yul (b/c of deal)

Guesses:
Jenny: Yul?
Brad: Yul?
Nate: Yul?
Candice: Ozzy?
Sundra: Ozzy?
Rebecca: Ozzy?

Did all the guys vote for Yul and all the girls vote for Ozzy? What do you make of that if true? I'm a girl and I think they're both hot, and that BOTH deserved a million dollars for the game they played but personally I would have voted for Ozzy too because Yul doens't need the money and will easily make the $570k (after taxes) in a couple of years with his talent and education. I don't know . . . jmo

Plus I hope Yul shares the money with his team because it really was a team effort - without him Ozzy couldn't have made it to final 4 and without Ozzy Yul couldn't have made it to final 4.

I agree with JHL123456 - I couldn't have said it better myself. Patattack6 does not speak for everyone. We will be watching Survivor for years to come. Good job YUL, you deserve it!

I'm sorry, but Ozzy should have won. Editing made it look like Yul made all the decisions, but it was the four of them who worked together. People who say that Yul was the brain seem to forget that Ozzy is the one who solves difficult puzzles, is well spoken, and seems like a very smart and nice guy. Even though he had an (forced) alliance, he pretty much played the game alone, to get ahead himself, and that's what Survivor is about. He played a very smart game, intellectually, but most of physically: he was the most nature adapting contester in Survivor ever! But like Colby from the Australian Outback, Jury members seem to go for mind over physicality.

After saying all this: Yul played a very good and smart game, and deserved to be in the final two. He was the only one deserving to win after Ozzy. That's my 2 cents.

I agree, Yul deserved to win. Suvivor is not just about winning challenges. Ozzie is certainly a strong and fit individual but Yul had the brains. Ozzie did not keep Yul in the game......Yul kept Ozzie in the game.

Ozzy should have won. There has never been anyone else on Survivor who deserved it more. If it wasn't for Ozzy, Yul wouldn't have been in the final two. I am so disappointed at the outcome, that I am never going to watch Survivor again unless they find some way to rectify the situation. I'm sure the producers of the show know that the wrong person won as well as the rest of us.

I think both men were very deserving of the prize. Ozzy's strength and performance at challenges helped the Aitu 4 stay away from tribal council. But when the merge came, it was Yul's smart thinking and handling of Jonathon that turned the tides in their favor. I think Yul played a great strategic game - one of the best of seen ever on the show.

I disagree with people who say that this game is about surviving from the physical aspect. Granted, people don't tend to like lazy people who don't do work around came, but this game is all about strategy and the social aspect. Working as a tribe, making alliances/connections with people as well as dealing with the changes in the game when everyone merges and it becomes more of a personal game.

All you people that think Ozzy should have won are wrong. He would never have gotten to the final four, let alone Becky or Sundra with out Yul using his immunity idol to persuade Jonathan into flipping. They all would have been picked off one by one by Raro. Survivor is not a game about getting fish and coconuts, as any moron could do if need be. Survivor is a game of strategy. Let's look at Adam and Nate as an example. Enough said.

I would like to see a survivor series where the person voted off at tribal counsel got to pick someone who voted against them to go head-to-head in an elimination competition, and then the loser of THAT competition gets kicked-off. This would make the game more of a true "survivor" competition.

I feel that Jonathan should have voted for Yul in the that specific tribal council. Had he done that, Nate would be gone either way and Yul would be targeted from then on and not had the free ride of not worrying about getting voted off. Jonathan was going to be gone either way and he should have taken away Yul's advantage. Both players played well. I agree though, Survivor is for "surviving" and not manipulating.

DEFINITELY OZZY! The guys are both totally great (nothing against Yul)... I am happy that they were the final 2! But, in my opinion, Ozzy was more deserving and could have used the money more (Yul's a freakin' genius... I'm sure there's plenty of money in his future without Survivor). Ozzy definitely outwitted, outlasted, and outplayed EVERYONE-- all without making any enemies (I think that is a first in Survivor history!!!)! He stayed true to himself and to his alliance. He is far more mature than most 25 year old men (in response to Jonathan's comment) and has an incredible future ahead of him!

yul deserves to win. he turned the game. without him, ozzy wouldn't even be in the final 3 (same for Becky). survivor is a social game. if you think winning enough challenges is the key to the survivor throne, then you have mistaken survivor for another show.

Ozzy was the clear "Survivor". If he hadn't gotten the food,(to feed Yuls brain) won the games for his tribe, where would Yul have been? VOTED OFF!!!

I agree with another post...its really not fair when the jury votes, because if you ARE a good player, you have to step on someones toes sometimes, and naturally, that makes you a target.

Ozzy was the clear WINNER...
Without Ozzy winning all the rewards for "YULS" tribe, Yul would have had to use the "idol" long before and would have probably been voted out.
Not Fair....Ozzy worked so hard, not only in the games, but providing food for YUL, so he could his Brain" would work better. Clearly, the tables were turned....Ozzy should have been first, Yul second. I heard many people say the same thing.

Yul Outwitted and Outlasted. He did not necessary Outplay. I guess 2 out of 3 isn't bad. The main problem when you rely on the votes of former tribe mates is that it sometimes comes down to which player upset the least amount of former tribe mates, and which former tribe mates are still upset at whomever is still sitting across from the jury at the final tribal council. Ozzie totally dominated the challenges, but they didn't always point toward survival skills, either. In the end it was a toss-up between two well-deserving players.

Ozzy really deserved to win.

Of all the participants of survivor episodes, he won most challenges , outdid all his collegues, was indeed a quite unasuming person.
I acn't believe the Jury could not accept that a young hispanic as the outstanding survivor.

Yul was certainly deserved the socond place. He seldom won any of the challenges and his survor skills were zero. But he manipulated well. That was not the criteria advertised for the survivor competition.

I don't disagree with most of what you say, abarber9, but Survivor hasn't been about surviving since Season 1. Starting with season 2, the Outback, it became more of a social game and less about surviving.

Personally, I would have been happy with either Yul or Ozzie winning. I believe they both deserved it.

A true survivor is to be able to make fire, get food and to stay warm, and alive...manipulation isn't a survivor technique. That is why Ozzy should have won, not YUL.....I think that this program has lost it's objective in the word SURVIVOR...
