Nah, first we need a UN panel to achieve a "consensus." Then they can hold conferences and resolve to reduce the mass to 1990 levels. Not that any real plans of action will result, but it will at least look like they''re doing something.

Yea. 492,000 miles per hour always seemed a little slow to me. I''ve always had a sneaky little feeling in my gut that we''ve been spinning through the universe faster than that.
