Those who do this, including women, but primarily men, are cowards and spineless. Instead of facing the music and the piper, they decide to murder their family members instead, and commit suicide. The laws need to be totally revamped. No parole for any criminals, period, regardless of the crime. The innocent should and must be protected from these mongrels.
