its only a matter of time before someone invents one using that as a template and makes millions.
made out of stainless, or nickle plated bronze or brass, possibly sterling, only for the wealthy would a Gold one be made, of course with jewels.

Maybe you could use the clam as a storage place for what you found with the earwax spoon. The fun never stops when you have an earwax spoon!
