Also, its great that some people are starting to notice the changes in the environment. However, lets not forget that greenhouse gas emission is just one of the messes the older generations have left for us to clean up. America should lead the way in the future and set an example, not bungle the same mistakes as in the past. Bush represent the old way, I hope someone steps up to bat for the new.

It''s called kicking the can down the road. As long as it falls on another president, the expenditure won''t be subtracted from any public money he can get his hands on.

More hot air from Bush. He''s barely even pretending to care. The EPA is a sad Orwellian joke (for the ones who voted for Bush : that means its a big fat juicy load of ***, the guy in charge is Bush''s pocket minion). People need more proof than the hurricanes, tsunamis, starvation, animal extinctions, and almost 1/2 of the world at war? Its too bad there might not be anyone left after it all collapses to say "I told you so!"

Okay, that wasn''t really a definition, but I can work with it anyway.

I can''t imagine who you represent. Are there organizations you can point us to who reflect your ideology? I''d like to know who supports you in those views.

A liberal can support many of the following political positions and practices:

A government with large spending on social programs, and high taxes to support such programs
Taxpayer-funded and/or legalized abortion
Income redistribution, usually through progressive taxation
Government-rationed and taxpayer-funded medical care, such as Universal Health Care
Taxpayer-funded public education
The denial of inherent gender differences
Legalized same-*** marriage
Implimentation of affirmative action
Political correctness
Support of labor unions
A "living Constitution" that is reinterpreted in a modern context, instead of how it was originally intended
Support for gun control
Government programs to rehabilitate criminals
Environmentalism
Disarmament treaties
Globalism
Opposition to an interventionalist American foreign policy
Support of obscenity and pornography as a First Amendment right
Opposition to full private property rights
Reinstating the Fairness Doctrine
Opposition to domestic wire-tapping as authorized in the Patriot Act
Calling anyone they agree with a "professor" regardless of whether he earned that distinction based on a real peer review of his work (see, e.g., Richard Dawkins and Barack Obama).

Please provide us with your definition of the word "liberal" as a noun. I''''d like a more clear idea of who you claim to hate.

Actually, I''''m not. Republicans, by and large, are too liberal for me. I''''m the right wing antithesis of the left wing, bedwetting liberal.

You know what happened to the last group of people (and I use the term loosely) who followed your hateful opinions don''t you? No? They all wound up hanged at Nurenberg. Nazi Swine.

"The president also said electric power plants should put the brakes on greenhouse gas emissions within 15 years"

SHOULD?

The only thing this guy is doing is making it look like he is trying to do something. He has no intentions of doing anything at all. He will be gone soon and he is just trying to improve his image a little bit before he does. Of course that isn''t possible. He will be going down in history as the worst president there was.

after being a sneering hlobal warming skeptic

for eight years in office and starting a club for the

criminally insane anti warming sub culture;

bush turns traitor and flip flopper on them, his little club of mindless christian evangelicals,

he wants his legacy to look a little less insane so

he finally embraces the truth - for once
