"Star Track"? Whoever wrote this garbage piece is obviously not a science reporter. I stopped reading right there - which is too bad, because the headline was intriguing.

"missery", huh? Well, that's ironic. See how easy it is to make a simple mistake? Although I would expect CBS to fix the mistake. I'm rather surprised that there is no by-line.

"Though a mainstay in science fiction, and Star Trek in particular, laser-based trapping isn't fanciful or beyond current technological know-how," Paul Stysley, a laser engineer... Well, at least he got it right. Now that I'm over my shock I ask a question. When is all the accumulated knowledge about quantum physics, dark matter and energy and success in this optical attraction along with many other discoveries going to lead to some understanding of gravity?

"Star Track"!?!? Really? Referencing one of the most iconic pop culture items that's been around for 45 years and you call it "Star Track"!?!?
What kind of journalist allows auto spell correction and doesn't proofread to ensure such a monumental flub doesn't become public? At least the second reference was spelled correctly.
