As a symptom that these conditions exist. Masking the symptoms doesn't prevent them.

Quindel is almost as big of a greedy fraud as her clients. Almost.

NOT a medical necessity - end of discussion. i'm a teacher (or at least i was until i was laid off), and this is the sort of thing that makes people anti-teacher and anti-union...

The key fact:

"used primarily for recreational sex and not out of medical necessity."

You stuff don't work?

Quit packing your gullet, lose 50 pounds, and stop asking for others to fix it FOR YOU.

The term 'recreational sex' is a misnomer for those affected by erectile dysfunction. It is to get back to almost normal sexual activity.

ALL drugs are to treat symptoms related to disease or aging so while there are gender specific drugs for women in hormonal issues, likewise for men. The fact that it is to maintain a sexual component of life is relevant. A NORMAL person does all kinds of things, but given time...and dietary habits, the impact of high blood pressure for those habits leads to medications that have as a side effect a decreased sexual ability. Hence, treatment for the side effects of long term useage of high blood pressure meds....for a near normal sex life...is Viagra, Levitra or Cialis, depending on the High blood pressure medicine taken. Nothing recreational about it... as if sex at a certain age should only be geared to procreation and any sex after a certain age would be recreational? Get real !!

If hormones were not involved, we would not be here at all. You want healthy teachers...??? Take care of them or you won't have ANY !!!

More concerned about whether they're good than whether they're healthy, and definitely unconcerned about whether they can pop a woody. Besides, any group with such a toxic sense of entitlement is diseased beyond repair.

The teachers should pay more for their health coverage, lose their pensions and replace them with 403bs, take a 10% pay cut or lose their jobs. Then they will understand how private workers feel.

Well, when you retire at age 52 you need to do something with your time. After all, you might very well live to be 102 years old. Just think, these teacher retirees will have 50 years to screw the public! Actually, this is no laughing matter: 50 years @ $100,000 per year in retirement benefits equals 5 million dollars! Are you getting 5 million dollars for your retirement? Why not?

Just one more shining example of the ridiculousness nature of the teachers union and their members. They just want, want, want - it doesn't matter that money is in short supply - THEY JUST DON"T GET IT!
