Audrey. No problem, glad I could help. Think about this the next time you want to disparage people for spelling errors

I smoked for 35 years. I wanted to quit before I turned 49 on Apr. 7th 2009. I smoked two packs a day when I started taking two Chantix pills a day, morning and evening on Mar. 6th, I smoked up to Mar. 13th and quit that day, I took two Chantix a day for 7 days after quiting. On Mar 20th I cut the dose in half, still morning and evening for the next 7 days then stopped the Chantix. It's now May 1st, sure I've wanted to take that big drag, one that would make me cough for 5 minutes and I'm sure I'd love it but I won't let myself go back. I'll never let myself forget hitting myself in the chest to get the congestion out of my lungs, the gray spittel from my lungs that was dotted with black, maybe tar, in it. Or the butts that I've straightened out of the ashtray to smoke and the way my leather jacket stunk when I brought it to church a week after I quit. I did a lot of praying and had a lot of people praying for me. I hope this helps someone.

Audrey: Interesting that you're berating people on their spelling in a post that includes a misspelling.

Dear Mr./Miss/Mrs. Slrman...
You are a stupid, stuck up B. Maybe you don't smoke...do you drink? It is a FACT that booze kills more people than does cigarettes! While drinking and driving...you not only put yourself at danger (could not care less about that) BUT...you could wipe out an entire family in a matter of seconds.....put that in your pipe and SMOKE it!!!!!

These people who say tobacco companies should be shut down are idiots. Think about what you are saying. Think of all the taxes Uncle Sam makes off of them...then think about how many people will loose their jobs. The U.S. is in enough trouble (which I have my doubts we will get out of) but...add that to it and we stand no chance at all. Also, before you open your mouths again, why don't you get out a dictionary (you know, that book covered with dust) because you certainly don't know how to spell which makes it easy for me to conclude what kind of people are making these thoughtless statements!

To all of you...Why is it that none of you can stay on a subject? This article started with an article on SMOKING and I don't know what happened to that but, you are all off on something else! Do you people have a problem with concentration or what??????????????

All of those people that are anti-smoking, BE PREPARED. Start saving your money now, because once the government has stopped everyone from smoking, the loss of billions in tax revenue has to be made up from somewhere else, oh and don't forget all of the people currently employed in the tobacco industry that will be out of work, plus everyone should live a much longer lives, thus putting more expense on Medicare.

The future looks pretty bleak!!!!!
