Dude. It''s means that everyone already knows that if you don''t get enough sleep, you are prone to get sick (colds/flu).

It''s something that most people learned when they were like 6 years old....hence the term "no brain needed to figure out what''s already common knowledge".

I am a person who has a sleep disorder. In fact, there are millions of people who wake up several time PER MINUTE and are totally unaware of that fact. In fact,,, they will most often strongly deny that they wake up at all during the night.

Point? When you KNOW something without thinking ("no brainer"cause no brain is needed to know it.) it is highly possible you are not smart at all.

The longer you sleep, the less susceptible you are to colds.
