I don''t recall saying that anyone deserves it. But if you are going to get high or drunk and have unprotected ***, then you leave the status of victim and become, instead, a volunteer.

You are absolutely right. I was just about to correct my previous post. It is too bad that AIDS/HIV became such a political issue. Everyone has been so busy covering their own azs'' that they wasted time that could have been spent on better, cheaper meds for this group.

We have known what causes this disease and how to prevent it for nearly 30 years. This is a disease of personal responsibility. The only victims are the children born to AIDS/HIV mothers and rape victims.
