I guess what I''m trying to say is, Congress ain''t a place to find solutions, or even to have a serious dialogue. Its just like a big microphone.

Just one more reason to kick the Republicans out - if they can appoint any more Supreme Court justices, then the American people will be completely helpless against the drug and other corporations. Liberty and Justice for all - sold by the Republicans for thirty pieces of silver.

It''s extremely annoying that it takes a celebrity to relate the same experience that tens of thousands of Americans go through each year before Congress even begins to think about making changes!

The solution? It''s easy enough---REPLACE THEM!
Vote your incumbent, crook politician out-of-office if he or she deserves it!

Why do you have to be a celebrity to get a Congressional Hearing? If it had been my twins in the same situation, I would have been lucky to have gotten a form letter from my congressman.

I applaud Quaid for standing up and speaking out on a very real problem with regard to our "cutting-edge," drug market''s self-accountability. Everyone should be so bold and unabashed, especially in these days.

Sadly, I believe this is probably another issue that has been handled by the UNHOLY TRINITY comprised of the pharmaceutical industry, their K Street lobbyists and the pay-offs (contributions) to the legislators. And you know Bush will sign anything that is anti-public interest.
