Anyone who smoked 3 packs a day for 40 years who "took disability at 34" (???) has far moer serious problems than anything that relates to smoking.
Anyone who continues a behavior after exhibiting serious medical problems from engaging in that behavior is insane.
You appear to need psychiatric help and possibly confinement due to the fact you pose an obvious credible threat to yourself. As does anyone who engages in similar behavior. Including trolls. - Reply to this comment
- COPD IS A DISABLITY, and yes the person fights for air. They do stop breathing at night and that is reason they can't sleep and feel rested. They wear a cpack mask to help them. It aint pretty. Also they have heart problems.Diabetes. Yes there is risks young man. You have computer access so you can research it. Just I can. It may be easier for you but you think you are hated. No you are not. I read usig a hand magnifier.

- Snidegrass, Hope spelt it right. My vet friend has copd. He must use a cpack machine at night. He had 4 heart attcks, diabetes etc from well with copd as you know too well. Watch your heart. My Dad is on ozgen 24/7. The army pushed smokes on the men. Dad is 72. I do fight for exsmoker, non smoker as we have the right not to take in our bodies. Hate 2rd hand smoke. Be nice if everybody quit but that won't happen. If cigerettes cigars pipes, chew be banned- they find something to smoke. Late Grandpa chewed and he carried a spittoon. Loved him but not his chew. I can't spell that well

- smoking has effectively been banned. if you
smoke, you are a leper, outside of the camp.

how are you gonna tax smokers to pay for
health insurance, if smoking is illegal? you
could ban it, then seize all the property
and ill-gotten cash of tobacco dealers on the
black market, like is done for narcotics dealers.
that would pay a lotta health bills for kids,
as it does now. why not ban alcohol too.
and do the same modus operandi. everything
to do is illegal, immoral, fattening or
causes cancer. - Reply to this comment
- i don't hate you. And when smokers extersise manners and not blow smoke my face then I will not have to remand you that. You can smoke just don't blow it in my face. I can't see your cig.I You do not have the right/manners to blow smoke in any one's face ,blind/sighted. Smoke but but be mindful of where that smokes goes.

- And soda companies put caffeine in their drinks that are most widely distributed because it makes them addictive.

- Ok folks, let me get this right. Big Tobacco makes cigs addictive, the govt. taxes them for profit while the smokers health will eventually fail. Why isn't Big Tobacco forced to put less or any additives in tobacco ? Hahahahahahah. This is not a joke. It's like the pied piper of drugs going around and selling death to the highest bidder.

- If you had read the whole thing instead of the part you pasted, you would understand why I said risky instead of deadly. You are not guaranteed death by smoking, but it is a RISK that you take. Please take your hateful and narrow-minded rhetoric somewhere else.

- There are bans in public places. They would not have to be . I like your 4. I don't like a smoker blow smoke in my face just cos I walk outdoors to go to store. They see my white cane and blow right in my face and I end up coughing due to it. AND THEY LAUGH. That is rude and that is what happens. They do it to send a message of ----who knows what they are thinking. Is it too much to ask that they must shove that cig if your American or *** if your British if your a nonsmoker in public. in your face. It is rude and nasty. This is a sore issue. I read the posts as well. . Thank you for not smoking. You are free to smoke in areas for that use. You choose to smoke. I did not choose to have to put up with it. I am sorry but this is my say and that is my right.
