How many times do we have to hear this same old scenario played out? 911 pollution (ignore science), Iraq invasion (ignore the CIA/State Dept), Iraq rebuilding (ignore the State Dept), Global Warming (ignore science/EPA), Katrina (ignore their own TV screens), Stem Cells (ignore science), torture/Guantanamo (ignore the CIA and Justice Dept), warrantless wiretapping (ignore the Justice Dept), the massive Debt (ignore economists). Time and time again, this administration places its own 'direct connection to God' ahead of decades of collective expert wisdom on topics of State, Science, Economics, you name it. And the result is there, plain for all to see. Bush 'goes by his gut'. I've got news for him. Your gut doesn't have any smarts, it never did.
