Only the headline used "giving." The other references were "transfer" and "delivery," so I suspect nothing was "given." There most likely was a price exacted and paid in return for a product. In the states we call it free enterprise, private enterprise, supply and demand, and capitalism. We regard it highly. Israel, on the other hand, favors "take out," "leveling the playing field," and "Hez hazing." ME futures on mushrooms is cloudy.
