Everytime Bush said anything about Iran, people told him to leave them alone, they weren't working on a bomb, and they should be allowed to have nuclear energy.

You are correct...everytime Bush wanted to do something about Iran, the Democrats whined. At least Bush had 3 carrier groups go through the Suez canal 6 months before he left office on his way to "dealing" with Iran, but the Democratic controlled Congress and Senate would have nothing to do with airstrikes on Iran.
