No other relationship in the history of the United States of America has damaged our Constitutional Republic as much as the relationship with the pariah state of Israel. Israel likes to instigate war, but they can't win by themselves and so they want others to die for their instigations. Let Israeli young men and women die for the ill-gotten plans of their bloodthirsty politicians.
Israel is not alone. She has allies and continues to live in peace with many nations. It is not correct to speak of her isolation. Just ask the Germans, who recently sold nuclear capable submarines to Israel, or the Saudis, whose King recently hosted Israel's Prime Minister, or Egypt, whose newly elected government has vowed to maintain the peace treaty the countries share, or the Russians, whose newly elected Premier just visited the capital of Israel, namely Jerusalem.
There is no apartheid in Israel. In the minds of White Supremacists, Progressive Liberals, and United Nations representatives seeking talking points for news coverage, there is an issue to keep thumping. But in reality, there is no approximate equivalent of South African Apartheid in Israel. So says competent lawyers and judges. Journalists agitating to the contrary do not amount to a hill of beans.
Iran has not complied with their obligations under the Non-Proliferation Treaty, and that is precisely why they have attracted the world's scrutiny. Even Russia, who has supplied them with their largest commercial reactor, calls for Iran to come into compliance with their NPT obligations. Israel has never been a party to the NPT and so has no such obligations. Israel has agreed to sit with all Middle East nations to discuss a nuclear-free Middle East, but it was Iran who refused to sit at the same table with Jews.
Repeating lies, whether from one source or from what seems to be many sources, does not change either the truth or the willingness of good people to understand it for themselves.
