I see this train wreck of a president was caught on a hot mic telling Medvedev he'll have more flexibility on things like missile defense after his election and asking the Russians for more time.

Yep, this is a president clearly looking out for the best interests of the United States? What a traitor.

johngalt_as so in your mind, reducing the overkill of nuclear weapons in both the United States and in Russia is a bad thing? Was it bad when Presidents Reagan, Bush, Clinton etc. negotiated with them? It is in the best interest of the USA to reduce the chances of a Nuclear War.

Below is what was caught when Our economic idiot in chief forgot about his microphone being on (this is not a joke, it is real):
President Obama: "On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it's important for him to give me space."
President Medvedev: "Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you..."
President Obama: "This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility."
President Medvedev: "I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir."

In other words, let me look tough until the election and then I'll pull my pants down, bend over and let you have whatever you want.

ConSense "what exactly has Obama done that would cause North Korea or anyone else to take him seriously?" Remember Mubarak? Remember Qaddafi? Remember Osama bin Laden? And BTW the "surrender" in Iraq was negotiated and signed during the past failed administration by w.

You're saying that if there's a civil war in North Korea, Obama might let the air force drop a few bombs so his supporters can claim credit? You're kidding, right? Only in the mind of a blind, bleating Obaaaaaaaaaaaama sheep.

ConSense what Civil war? Where did I say that? Like I said above there are some things that your President has done that were great foreign policy triumphs. North Korea should be worried, now we even have China pushing their buttons. BTW it was NATO that was in charge in Libya, not our Air Force, and didn't that work out well? NO American lives lost and no war started by us with lies.

Win/Win Situation

I like Mr. Obama's and all world leaders push towards a more "unified" United Nations to stop brutal dictators and revive a country's stalling economy.

At the same time there should be a great initiative towards unification of all the people of the world to help recognize and fight injustices at their root and also work together to help startup millions of small businesses that are linked together around the world for better management and profitability.

strange words from a sitting potus who has presided over wars in afghanistan and iraq. a sitting potus who spent one billion dollars in military missions to overthrow qaddafi of libya. under the obama administration and his leadership afghanistan and iraq and now libya are a huge mess. obama has no room to talk about or advise north korea about pursuing peace and certainly not after actively overthrowing qaddafi.

nuclear weapons don't kill people, people do. There is only one country who has used them as a weapon. I am more worried about their nuclear weapons than North Korea's.

Keep laughing! Nobody who thinks the US and North Korea are "equal" and both should have nuclear weapons is intellectually superior to a maggot.

You are a lot more likely to be killed by a nuclear weapon in the US arsenal than in North Korea's whether accidently or intentionally by some madman.
