Sounds like Israel is ginning up reasons to attack Iran.

Israel really has the same problem as the United States. After you do so many terrorist and genocidal acts on people, you make lots and lots of enemies. And you have to drastically enlarge your military to protect yourself from all your enemies. And then because you spent all that money on weapons and war instead of people's needs, you have to use them. And then you make more enemies. And on and on...

This is just another Weapons of Mass Destruction rant. American should stay the hell out of this. If the sons of Abraham want to kill each other, so be it. We need to stop ALL welfare payments to Israel or supply the some amount of funds to Iran. I'm sick and tired of Americas youth being killed over oil. Iran is NOT a threat.

This guy could have been planning to attack the Israeli embassy. It is easy to get from Sukhumvit Soy 71 area by Sky Train to the Asok area where the Ocean Tower housing the embassy is.

It was obvious that the target of this bomber was some Israeli interest. Payback perhaps for the Israeli murder of that Iranian nuclear scientist.

What does Iran have against Thailand? This seems odd, even for them.

First off, there is no indication in this story that "IRAN" ordered the bombing.

Secondly, ever heard of the bombing in night clubs in places like The Philippines, Indonesia, Germany, Spain? How about bombing at train stations or embassies? How about bombings in market? Please read a little about international terror.

All this article said was, "An Iranian man carrying explosives blew off his own legs and wounded four other people in two blasts." And their proof was, "a passport found at the scene indicated the man was Saeid Moradi from Iran."

Firstly, Iran wouldn't have been targeting Thailand. They would have been targeting Israeli interests in Thailand. This should be obvious to anyone with an IQ of more than that of a glass of water. For one thing, Israel has been on alert in the Thailand region for the past four weeks in respect of a possible militant strike against Israeli interests. Secondly, this is clearly linked to the two attacks yesterday, one in India, and the other in Georgia, both blamed on Iran by the Israeli government. Thirdly, if this WAS carried out by Iran, then it's not particularly unpredictable, given that Israel has been assassinating it's nuclear scientists in a similar bike/car/bomb manner, for a good three or so years now. This is in addition to the scores of sabotage attacks that Israel has carried out against Iranian interests, such as the recently military base 'accident' and the Stuxnet virus. Fourthly, nothing Israel says or does can really be taken seriously, given it's long history of deception and psychological warfare, particularly in combination with it's access the the US mainstream; therefore it's highly likely that Israel (once again) did it to itself, simply in order to characterise Iran as a terrorist state and an 'existential threat' - a country, incidentally, that hasn't invaded any other country in over 300 years.
