coucou,
the internal affairs of North Korea only concern North Korea,
its decision is quite normal and understandable, this country is on the defensive because it is constantly threatened and targeted by some countries
also, North Korea is in mourning we must respect that

no we must not.
As a matter of fact, it belongs as a united korea which the un mandated after WW2.
It was interference from Russian and Chinese forces that caused this situation.

NK is still saber rattling.
The Great Fat Leader was responsible for recent attacks on SK.
They did attack the SK corvette which international inspections have proven.
They shelled an island killing both civilians and military.
The fact a state of war still exists...SK should respond in kind, with US support.

I guess the intent is that the 50 or so people at the head of the government and their 400 or so relatives will continue to rape & pillage a country of 24 million while the world stands by and does nothing.

They are so backwards, there isn't any night lights seen from space.
Their government tells their citizens that we are cannibals...while stealing their food.

Then the "Great leader" will be the Great Big Leader and die of the same cholesterol his daddy leader died of.

I bet the poor crying people of NK are thrilled with this news! Continued isolation from a world they don't even know exists. Maybe they cried so much after "dear leader" died because they already know the new dear leader will probably be worse.

Change in NKorea will only come at the barrel of a gun. The pigs in power will never give it up. The country is too weak and oppressed to even revolt. China supports NKorean leaders fully so don't expect change from within. This place is stuck in the 1940's, with no end in sight.

If there is no change it means the military is in charge. If the kid was in charge he would make changes if for no other reason than to differentiate himself from his father.

The current N Korea situation, is due to foreign aid. N.Korea is a puppet of China which is on its border. The pleas for aid fall upon the ears of S.Korea and the West while N Korea uses the money that should be going to food to buy weapons and technology from China. For sixty years the Chinese have been very clever in creating the current environment in N. Korea which enables only a few to live above subsistence levels. The sinking of the vessel and the bombing of the island last year has changed the course of relations between the two nations, North and South Korea. The north is currently viewing the South as undergoing an antigenic drift rather than an antigenic shift. Ah well, tough luck for the new guy, these things happen.
