The reality is George Bush negotiated a Status Of Forces Agreement with the Iraqi leaders calling for American forces to exit Iraq before the end of Dec. 2011. Obama merely obeyed this Status Of Forces Agreement that Bush signed before he left office.
George Bush now lives a life of leisure on his Texas range apparently not bothered by any of the failures that he left behind while the people that succeeded him in office shoulders all of the blame for his misdeeds. He was bad for America but even worse for the Iraqis.
Americans have George Bush to thank for our failed economy and the Iraqis have Bush to thank for all of the uncertainty and destruction in their Country. This was all accomplished by a man that was not elected to the Presidency by the American people but was instead appointed to the Presidency by the Supreme Court.
